髓系树突状细胞分离试剂盒(目录#
MAGH120)的目的是隔离所有报道
髓系树突状细胞(MDC)的亚群从
人类血液样本。大约百万
mDCs每1亿获得单核细胞
处理。相对于其他现有的
包,丰富mDCs仍然无动于衷
抗体在整个隔离程序。

The newly developed MagCellect™ Human Blood
Myeloid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit (Catalog #
MAGH120) is designed to isolate all reported
myeloid dendritic cell (mDC) subpopulations from
human blood samples. Approximay one million
mDCs are obtained per 100 million PBMCs
processed. In contrast to other currently available
kits, enriched mDCs remain untouched by
antibodies throughout the isolation procedure.
In addition, this kit can be used to enrich for the
recently identifi ed CD16+ and CD56+ mDC subpopulations
(Figure 1). Functional analysis of the
enriched mDCs confi rms that the isolated cells
are capable of inducing T cell proliferation in mixed
leukocyte reactions (Data not shown).
