◆ 执行标准: IEC 62804 （Draft） “System voltage durability test for crystalline silicon modules – design qualification and type approval”
◆ 设备构成
◇ 恒压源不低于1000VDC，漏电检测能力可以准确检测1μA及以上电流量。
恒压源设备含配套的数据传输接口，如RS232C/RS485。
◇ 数据采集，PC计算机监控。
◇ 绝缘装置及相关连接线，用于将组件固定在恒温恒湿箱中，并使用连接线进行信号的传输。
◆ 恒压源达到不少于1000h的*连续工作的能力；
◆ 电源与样品的连接电缆不小于8m，且可以在环境箱中*使用一年*，且杜绝因其自身损坏导致事故产生的现象。
◆ 数据采集，采集间隔10s，记录时间不受限制，可以常年使用。
◆ 自动安全保护，对于人员关联其他设备，如果有产生较强漏电，如50mA以上时，需自动切断整个恒压电源设施，用于固定样品之绝缘夹具满足1年的使用寿命（常年连续使用，高温，高湿） 。
