一、ZF-5型手提式紫外分析仪概述：

    ZF-5型手提式紫外分析仪是上海金鹏科技有限公司研制紫外仪器系列之一，可发出短波、中波、长波紫外线和可见光四种波长的光辐射。四用紫外分析仪ZF-4型发出的紫外线强度高，稳定性好，广泛应用于分子生物学，化学鉴定等。

    1、在生物化学中，可对DNA、RNA电泳凝胶样品进行观察分析，检测蛋白质、核甘酸等。

    2、在工业中，可用来检查激素生物碱、维生素等能产生萤光的药品质量，特别适宜作薄层分析，纸层分析和检测。

    3、在化工、染料工业中、可鉴别不同种类的原油和橡胶制品，测定各种萤光材料、萤光指示剂、添加剂等。

    ①紫外滤色片不能和金属物体碰擦，不能受力，表面应保持干燥清洁，每次使用完毕要用干净纱布擦净。

    ②操作人员使用时，应将紫外线对准样品照射，并避免紫外线照射到人体。
