防尘防雨防爆恒电位仪的防爆等级:EXdⅡBT4,防护等级IP65,设备下部为防爆油浸变压器箱,油箱上部为防爆整流器柜,二者为一体结构,油箱的盖的后方设有注油孔和空气交换器,油箱的前上方设有油标及油温测量温度表。油箱后下方设有放油阀门。

*科技及材料--*活性离子接地极由*的可逆性缓释化合物组成,电极外表是紫铜合金,以确保zui高导电性能及较长使用寿命,并配以内外两大种类填充剂。经实验证明,土壤电阻率过高的直接原因是因为缺乏自由离子的辅助导电作用。接地导体外部的填充剂是以具有强吸水力,强吸附力和阳离子交换性能高的材料为主体,配以*、降阻、防腐功能强、膨胀系数高不受温度变化影响、耐高电压冲击的多种化学材料为辅料。主要用于解决接地导体周围的湿度、离子生成含量、防腐保护等问题,使导体与大地紧密结合,从而降低了电极与土壤的接触电阻,改善了周边土壤的电阻率,有效地增强了雷电导通释放能力。导体内部填充材料含有特制的电离子化合物,能充分吸收空气中的水分。通过潮解作用,将活性电离子有效释放到土壤中,与土壤及空气中的水分作用,更加促进导体外部缓释降阻,且保持阻值*稳定。导体内部的化合物,随时间的延长逐步化合成胶质透明状态。我们利用胶质化合物的导电性能,使整个系统能够*处于离子交换的状态中,从而构成了理想的电解离子接地系统。 导体内的缓释填充剂埋设后,接地电阻会逐渐下降,半年至一年内达到稳定值,埋设缓释过程可以长达30年。

接地系统原理--接地装置的接地电阻通常由三部分组成(

                                               

*部份:接地体本身的电阻,通常接地电极都是用金属做成,这部分电阻只占接地电阻的1%-2%,可以忽略。

第二部份:接地电极与土壤接触部分的接触电阻,这部分电阻是由接地极与土壤的接触面积决定的。

第三部份:电流流经接地极流入土壤后散流时的电阻,这部分散流电阻由土壤电阻率决定。

接地电阻组成:

土壤电阻率, 200以内, 500, 1000, 1500以上

接地体自身电阻, 1-2%, 1-2%, 1-2%, 1-2%

接触电阻, 80-90%, 60-80%, 30-60%, 10-30%

散流电阻, 10-20%, 20-40%, 40-70%, 70-90%

研究表明:接地电阻的大小决定于电极周边的土壤类型。接地电阻可以用接地体周围等厚度圆柱型土壤壳层来表示,如果土壤电阻是均匀的,则绝大部分电阻分布在直接围绕接地体的壳层上,因此,接地电阻一般都在接地体周围半径1.5-3米范围内。*活性离子接地极在接地极中加入可逆性缓释填充剂。这种填充剂具有吸水、放水、可逆的特点。当它吸水时,可以吸收自身100-500倍的水分,当外部环境干燥缺水时,又可以*释放拥有的水分,达到周边水分平衡,这种可逆反应,有效保证了壳层内环境的有效湿度,保证了接地电阻的稳定。通过这种方式产生的离子吸收大地水分后,可以通过潮解作用,将活性电解离子有效释放到周围的土壤中,使接地极成为一个离子发生装置,从而改善周边土质使之达到接地要求。接地极外部填充剂通过与其内部电解离子填充剂的相互作用产生针对壳层土壤的化学处理,降低壳层土壤的电阻率,同时在缓释接地极与大地土壤之间,形成了一个过渡带,增大了接地极的等效截面积和土壤的接触面积,消除了接地体与土壤之间的接触电阻,改善了地中的电场分布,填充剂良好的渗透性能,深入到泥土及岩缝中,形成树根网状,增大了地中的泄流面积

The SmartPod system is an inligent version of Deepwater's well-proven RetroPod? cathodic protection system for offshore platforms. The system greatly simplifies deep water cathodic protection by providing a modular anode structure with on-board status-monitoring, using Deepwater's patented SunStation? cathodic protection monitor technology (each unit contains 3 SunStation monitors).

Pulse Rectifier Description


The Model 2015 Pulse Rectifier (Pulser) is an air-cooled DC power supply that is designed to work as any conventional rectifier with the added benefit of increased current distribution and reduced cathodic interference on adjacent buried structures. The major components consist of the pulse module, power transformer and control/monitoring panel.

Pulse Module: The pulse power module is the main component of the Pulser. The module consists of the power conversion circuitry that converts the AC to high voltage DC output pulses. It also contains the control, monitoring and communication circuitry. All solid-state power components are mounted on a massive aluminum heat sink. The main circuit board and associated components are also mounted to the heat sink and are protected by a steel housing. The output of the rectifier is electronically controlled to maintain a “constant current” during operation.

Main Power Transformer: The main power transformer is a single phase, toroidal isolation transformer. Toroidal transformers offer improved power efficiency, are lighter weight and are more compact than conventional laminated core power transformers.

Control/Monitoring Panel: This main panel controls and monitors the operational status of the system and contains the following components:

An output control dial (10-turn potentiometer) provides the means for adjusting the pulse output current.

A single, continuous reading ammeter displays system current output. Panel-mounted jacks are provided for cross checking meter accuracy.

The pulse train interrupt switch is available to interrupt the pulse output without switching off the main rectifier power.

Primary and secondary circuit breakers.

System status indicating lights.

Recessed potentiometers are included to adjust pulse width and frequency to improve performance on a site-specific basis.

Enclosures: A number of different enclosure types are available including an industry standard rectifier type cabinet as well as other commercially available decorative cabinets. With a compact physical dimension of 12” x 12” x 16”, the 2015 Pulser can even be located in existing, customer supplied cabinets. The standard rectifier type enclosure is manufactured from 11-gauge cold rolled steel with a thermally fused, multistage coating, white in color.

AC Input Section: The standard available AC input configuration is 115/230 volt, single phase. Customer specified AC inputs are also available as a special order.

Removable Safety Panel: This removable panel shields the high voltage pulse output lugs, the AC secondary interconnect, and access to interrupter connection lugs. These lugs allow for the use of a portable interrupter. It is important to note that a portable interrupter only interrupts a low voltage, low current signal rather than the pulse output. This allows the use of virtually all types of commercially available, portable current interrupters.

Serviceability Features

On the standard rectifier type enclosure, front and side opening doors are provided for easy installation and servicing.
   The entire rectifier assembly is built on a slide-out chassis allowing easy removal from the cabinet for service.
   The major electronic components are enclosed in a single module housing.
   A pulse interrupt circuit is provided which will function with any portable current interrupter.
  

Temperature monitoring devices are built into the system. These devices monitor critical electronic component operating temperatures. If the operating temperature should exceed a maximum range, the pulse module output will be interrupted until the temperature reduces to a safe operating level. At that time, the system will automatically restart and return to previous operating parameters.
   For structures that require in excess of 15 amps of protective current, additional rectifiers can be added to the same structure and operated in parallel to provide the required current.
   For multiple structures at a common location, additional rectifiers may be installed on a common anode ground bed. Each rectifier will provide an independently controlled, constant current to each structure.

Theory of Operation

The Pulser produces very short duration, very high voltage, direct current electrical pulses for cathodically protecting buried metallic structures, such as pipelines and well casings, from external corrosion.

Pipelines, well casings, and other steel structures buried in soil, corrode. Cathodic Protection has been used to mitigate corrosion for many years. Sufficient direct electrical current (DC) is caused to flow from the soil to the surface of the structure. Typically, the negative lead from a DC rectifier is connected to the structure to be protected, and the positive lead to an anode bed. The ground bed usually consists of one or more rods, called anodes, fabricated from expendable materials such as graphite or silicon steel. The anodes are buried in deep wells, or shallow holes or trenches, in the vicinity of the structure to be protected. The process is called Cathodic Protection, because protective cathodic reactions are caused to take place on the surface of the structure being protected.

The DC current mitigates corrosion by electrochemically reducing any corrosive oxygen molecules and hydrogen ions that may be adsorbed on the surface of the structure in contact with the soil. As additional molecules and ions diffuse from the soil and become adsorbed onto the steel surface, they are also reduced by the continuously flowing direct current. There are certain drawbacks to conventional cathodic protection, however. Current flows in the ground continuously in a relatively large three-dimensional envelope. If there are other foreign metallic structures buried in the soil within the current envelope, damage in terms of metal loss will very likely occur to the foreign structures. Also, the "throw", or distance down the pipeline or well casing, that can be protected, is limited by the magnitude of the current reaching the more distant corroding surfaces.

The corrosive oxygen molecules and hydrogen ions, adsorbed on the surface of the buried structure, are electrochemically reduced within microseconds after the application of cathodic current. Before the corrosion reactions can begin again, additional molecules and ions must diffuse to the surface of the structure from the surrounding soil and become adsorbed. The destructive diffusion and adsorption processes are orders of magnitude slower than the protective reduction process, particularly when the ions are not being driven by a continuously applied cathodic protection voltage.

With Pulse Cathodic Protection the corrosive molecules and ions are electrochemically reduced with very short duration but very high current pulses. Since throw is a function of current magnitude, the very high pulsed currents result in greatly improved throw down the length of the structure. Because of the natural electrical characteristics of the structure/anode system, the greatly improved high current throw is further enhanced by the inductive and capacitive redistribution of that current.

Also, the very short duration pulses are separated by relatively long "off" intervals. The pulse voltage is applied for less than 20% of the total time. Thus, the continuous current envelope and the resulting interference on foreign structures is greatly reduced.

Description

The Santronics AC Sensor, Part # 3115, is the first and only UL listed AC voltage sensor to be manufactured * in the U.S.A. The AC Sensor is a hand-held device for determining the presence or absence of 50-600 volts AC in insulated wires, wall receptacles, fuses, junction boxes, switches, and other voltage carrying electrical systems. The AC Sensor determines defective grounds, reverse polarity, and induced voltage.

It is not necessary to disconnect the system in question because no contact is required for operation, and current flow is not necessary to locate voltage. Simply touch the plastic tip to a connection point or move it along an insulated wire. If AC voltage is present, the LED light in the tip will glow cherry red.

There is no ON/OFF switch, since switches can malfunction over time. As a result, the AC Sensor is always on and ready to use.

Operating Instructions

Always hold unit by its body. Keep fingers away from the tip. Remove the end cap to replace batteries.

Simply touch the plastic tip to a connection point or move it along an insulated wire. If AC voltage is present, the tip glow red. The tip will emit a steady glow in the presence of AC line voltage. It will flicker in the presence of static electricity.

Caution 1. Prior to each use, as a safely practice, always test the instrument on a known live circuit to verify proper operation. Treat your AC Sensor with care as you would any other test instrument. Clean Ultimate AC Sensor with damp cloth.

Caution 2. In testing indoor insulated cable where the fibrous filler becomes saturated with water, which is conductive, an electrical connection is formed between the filler and the ground circuit. The length of cable that has become wet is essentially shielded. If a voltage is present on a conductor in this cable, the electric field normally radiated by the voltage will be attenuated by this shielding, and the AC Sensor may not glow even though a voltage is present.

Always approach wet indoor insulated cable with utmost caution. NOT FOLLOWING THESE CAUTIONS MAY RESULT IN BODILY HARM. Cable of this type is specified for indoor use only. It will be subjected to immersion in water only in rare conditions such as flooding.

Defective Grounds: Electrical equipment that has a metal enclosure and is improperly grounded or has a detective ground will always result in the Sensor's tip emitting a steady red glow.

Overview

The ERITECH? EST401 is a hand-held, clamp-on Ground Resistance Tester which measures ground rod and small grid resistance in any season without the use of auxiliary ground rods. The clamp-on ground resistance tester from ERICO? can be used in multi-grounded systems without disconnecting the ground under test. By performing measurements on intact ground systems, the user can measure the resistance to ground and verify the quality of the grounding connections and bonds. Resistance and continuity of grounding loops around pads and buildings may also be measured with the tester.

The ERITECH EST401 includes a current measurement function. The probe’s high sensitivity enables measurement of current leakage flowing to ground or circulating in ground loops down to 1mA and neutral currents to 30Arms. This feature provides additional information that is becoming vital as distribution ground networks carry higher levels of noise and harmonics, which affect power quality.

The ERITECH EST401 has a rugged Lexan? body for durability. A double-walled Lexan shell (or equivalent polycarbonate) encases the probe heads for extra strength. Overall construction and mechanical design ratings such as drop test, weatherproofing against water projections, shock and vibration meet or exceed IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards. The product has been designed to meet IEC 1010.

Battery life information is given at power-up and Auto-Off for power management. Additional features such as resistance and current measurement are displayed on the large LCD.

The ERITECH EST401 is ideal for measuring ground current and ground resistance at pole ground rods, service entrances, pad-mounted transformers, transmission towers, service panels, phone pedestals and central office locations. Extended distances between installations such as high-tension towers will not adversely affect the measurement results.

Construction

The manufacture of Alcad nickel-cadmium batteries is a combination of electrochemistry and precision mechanical and electrical engineering. The heart of every cell is a series of steel pockets which are made from finely perforated steel strip filled with active materials - nickel in the positive plate and cadmium in the negative.

The SmartPod system is an inligent version of Deepwater's well-proven RetroPod? cathodic protection system for offshore platforms. The system greatly simplifies deep water cathodic protection by providing a modular anode structure with on-board status-monitoring, using Deepwater's patented SunStation? cathodic protection monitor technology (each unit contains 3 SunStation monitors).

Each SmartPod can protect a number of discrete subsea structures and can be configured to provide 20 years of cathodic protection to over 25,000 square feet of coated steel.

RetroClamps allow an ROV to connect to the subsea structures, and Polatrak? V-String? reference electrodes provide the CP monitoring.

SmartPods can be quickly installed with any Work Class ROV system, and instant feedback on current output and potential of protected structures is displayed on the SunStation? readout.

SmartPod uses the highest available quality of sacrificial anode alloys. All steel fabrication uses ASTM A 36 material and is performed in Deepwater's own manufacturing facilities.

SunStation?

The Sunstation monitor is a self-contained CP monitoring terminal powered strictly by the light from an ROV. This eliminates the use of batteries, making SunStation ideal for deepwater applications. Solar panels and LED’s are housed separay in either Delrin for use in < 300 m or Stainless Steel for use in < 3000 m.

RetroClamp? Tie Back

Each SmartPod is shipped with one or more RetroClamps. Typical cables are 2 x 25 feet #4/0 AWG heavy-duty flex cables. Thousands of these clamps are now in service around the world, and many have been installed by ROV. The installation efficiency of the RetroClamp has cut installation costs and allowed for tie-back to any pipe or tubular.


A concrete mattress at the base provides ballast for stability. CP monitoring is provided by a SunStation monitor with 3 readouts.

Product Overview

RetroBuoy is the state-of-the-art impressed current technology for offshore structures. The modular sled based system couples design flexibility with ease of installation using diver or ROV support. With a proven track record of success, the RetroBuoy system redefines impressed current retrofit technology, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in CP retrofit costs on even modest retrofit programs.

The RetroBuoy system cuts retrofit costs by delivering more cathodic protection, more efficiently with each installed sled. One typical RetroBuoy sled can deliver up to 400 Amps of corrosion protection – enough to protect 80,000 square feet of steel. The conventional alternative protection would need 32 US tons of sacrificial aluminum.

The lowest installed cost in the industry. Installation cost drives offshore CP retrofit budgets: install a single RetroBuoy sled or 48 pairs of sacrificial anodes weighing 500kg each.

Being a remote system, current distribution is optimized, and potential levels are maintained within a tight range over the whole structure.

Exhaustive attention has been given to every design detail; RetroBuoy is modular and redundantly designed.

The design allows the system to be quickly customized to provide sled current capacities from 250-500 Amperes for 15-25 year design life. It also allows us to provide prompt delivery – typically 4-6 weeks from order.









Specifications

Anode Elements: Mixed metal oxide (MMO) activated titanium tubular 1.25” x 48” (31.75 x 1219 mm), center compression connected. Anodes triple coated. Number of rods will vary between 6 and 32 depending on required life and current.

Buoyancy Modules: Tri-part syntactic foam 28 lb/ft3 (0.4485 g/cm3) with depth rating of 1000 f.s.w. (305 meters). Three or four buoyancy modules provided depending on required life and current. Overall dimensions: 12” diameter x 72” long (305 x 1829 mm).

Main Feed Cables: 4/0 A  WG (approx. 120 mm2), HMWPE insulated & bedded, contra-helical double galvanized steel wire armor package, HMWPE overall jacket. Two or three cables will be provided depending on required life and current (Note: cable specified is for fixed jacket applications only).

Cable Connections: Made inside an oil-filled, pressure compensated junction box. Each anode element is on a separate parallel circuit.

Tethers: Braided stainless steel.

Frame & Cable Hopper: Welded steel construction, coated and provided with sacrificial anode CP for required life.

Power Supply: Transformer rectifier DC voltage is normally maintained to 24V, but may have to increase to either 36V or 48V for current ratings above 400 Amps or water depth over 250 ft (76 m).
