一、概 论
1.01.用途：
全功能电脑动力电池挤压试验机模拟各类动力锂电池级在使用过程中，电池遭受挤压的情形，人工呈现电池在遭受挤压时可能出现的不同状况。
1.02.原理：
将电池放在连个挤压板之间，液压油缸将压力施加到被挤压电池上，使电池的内部短路，当电池两极之间的电压下降到零或者接近零时自动回位。或者压力使电池变形到原尺寸的85%停留一段时间，然后再压到电池原始尺寸的50%，而后回位。两种模式试验完成以后根据标准判断电池不起火、不爆炸为合格。

四、电液伺服控制软件介绍
（1）本压力机试验系统适用于100kN-2000kN压力试验机；
（2）全程不分档测量显示压试验力及峰值，测量范围为量程的4%-*，误差为±1%，可自动标定；
（3） 实时记录力-时间试验曲线，高速采样；
（4）试验数据采用数据库管理方式，自动保存所有试验数据；
（5）自动完成试验过程、判断破型，自动记录保存试验数据；
（6）人机交互界面采用标准的Windows风格，操作简单易学，能够满足正常的控制、采集计算；
（7）本软件*按照QC／T 743-2006《电动汽车用锂离子蓄电池》，QC／T 744-2006《电动汽车用金属氢化物镍蓄电池》要求设计和开发，同时也可以满足普通电池的挤压试验。

6.02.01.控制方式：
（1）不控制：系统只记录电压的变化情况，不输出控制信号；
（2）电压上升控制：电压从低到高上升的过程中，设定一个特定的电压值，当电压达到设定值时，系统输出信号，控制挤压机；
（3）电压下降控制：电压从zui高值向0V下降的过程中，可设定一个电压值，当电压降到设定值时，系统输出信号，控制挤压试验机；
6.02.02.启动方式：
（1）外部输入型号启动：外置电源开关机械式启动；
（2）电脑启动： 在电脑上设定参数，然后按确定启动；
（3）电压启动： 设定一个电压值，外部电压达到该设定值时，系统自动启动；
6.02.03.数据采集及曲线：
电压采集系统启动以后，系统会以每秒110次的采集频率采集被测电池正负两极之间的电压，同时系统主画面显示时时的电压变化曲线图，当电压达到系统设定数值时，测试停止，并保存数据及图形。数据可以以EXCEL格式输出。

6.03.01软件简介：
八通道温度采集系统是根据电池检测标准的需要开发出来的一款温度监测软件，有八个通道，可同时监控八个不同点的温度变化情况，主界面可同时显示8条温度曲线，同时采集温度数据，数据采集频率2次/秒。通道数量可根据实际情况设定，不需要的通道可设定关闭。
本温度采集系统可直接连接在电脑上进行设定、显示，也可以通过一个液晶屏观察不同温度点的温度变化情况。
