FM认证熔断阀概述：

熔断阀是一种管道的熔断保护装置，尤其是针对环境温度的变化实现自动切断、液体、溶剂、酒精、有毒液体等潜在危险介质系统中防火的一种阀门保护装置。

熔断阀的设计是用于当环境温度达到设定值时自动切断或液体，溶剂，酒精，有毒液体或任何其他潜在危险介质的管道系统。一旦发生火灾或环境超过设定值，熔断阀将自动终止或液体，溶剂，酒精，有毒液体或任何其他潜在危险介质的供应，终止或者降低火灾事故所造成的危害。在发生火灾时，熔断阀的熔断片在达到预设值的时候自动分离，进而驱动阀门顶端的执行器，阀门由常开变成常闭或由常闭变成常开。熔断阀拥有不同的温度设置值，可根据项目实际情况，自由选择，通常，熔断阀的设定温度宜大于环境温度30℃。在自动喷水灭火系统中，是一个非常理想的选择。另外，熔断阀在使用过程中只要更换断掉的熔断片即可重复使用，从而降低了使用成本。

According to the actual situation of the project, you can freely choose. Generally, the set temperature of the fusible valve should be greater than the ambient temperature by 30 °C. It is a very ideal choice in automatic sprinkler systems. In addition, during the use of the fusible valve, it can be reused only by replacing the broken fuse, thereby reducing the use cost.

目前切断技术通过不断的引进革新与发展，取得了长足性的进步，但针对或液体，溶剂，酒精，有毒液体或任何其他潜在危险介质的高危险性系统中，目前仍普遍使用手动切断阀，电动或气动切断阀。但这些阀门的控制方式，在火灾等事故发生过程中，由于环境的特殊性，致使操作人员无法在紧急情况下快速关闭，或因事故现场的恶劣条件无法靠近切断阀，或造成电动、气动切断阀系统功能的损坏，或当切断阀的线圈意外充电后，自动切断阀将自动开启，致使无法起到紧急切断管道的目的。致使可能造成或液体，溶剂，酒精，有毒液体或任何其他潜在危险介质的泄漏，有可能会对实施关闭行为的人员造成一定的人身伤害，或导致无法及时关闭管道进一步扩大事故灾害。
