DW-100低温脆性试验机（单试样法）
用途：XCY-II型单试样法橡胶低温脆性试验机是测定硫化橡胶在规定条件下试样受冲击出现破坏时的最高温度，即为脆性温度；可以对橡胶及其他弹性材料在低温条件下的使用性能作比较性鉴定，也可以测定不同橡胶材料或不同配方的硫化橡胶的脆性温度和低温性能的优劣。因此无论在科学研究材料及其制品的质量检验，生产过程的控制等方面均是*的。本仪器是根据GB/T1682-2014国家标准设计，精心研制开发的压缩机制冷设备。本设备采用复叠式进口压缩机制冷技术，利用热平衡原理及循环搅拌方式，达到对试样的自动均匀冷却、恒温。

二、结构原理
1、本设备由制冷压缩机主机体、加热装置、电子控制箱、冷却槽、冷却介质循环系统、自动报警装置等部分组成。启动制冷开关后，压缩机开始工作，制冷系统进入正式工作状态。制冷压缩机连续不断的工作，当接近设定温度时，冷却槽中的加热装置开始按比例提供热量，用以平衡制冷系统产生的多余冷量，以达到恒温的目的。搅拌可使冷却槽内的冷却介质不断循环，使温度均匀*。
三、冲击方式：弹簧冲击
四、冲击弹簧参数：
a. 自由状态：直径19mm，长度85-90mm
b. 压缩状态：长度40±1mm，负荷108-118N、
c.冲击器中心到夹持器下端距离：11±0.5mm
d.冲击头半径：R1.5±0.1mm
e.冲击头到试样的距离：25±1mm
五、使用方法
4.1向冷井中注入冷冻介质（一般为工业乙醇），其注入量应保证夹持器的下端到液面的距离为75±10mm。
4.2接通电源，温控仪和计时器显示灯亮。
4.3将试样垂直夹在夹持器上。夹的不宜过紧或过松，以防止试样变形或脱落。
4.4按下夹持器，开始冷冻试样，同时启动时序控制开关（或按动秒表）计时。试样冷冻时间规定为3.0±0.5min。试样冷冻期间，冷冻介质温度波动不得超过±1℃。
4.5拉动冲击锤自锁手柄，冲击锤在重力作用下自由下落，对试样做冲击动作。
4.6取下试样，将试样按冲击方向弯曲成180°，仔细观察有无破坏。
4.7试样经冲击后（每个试样只准冲击一次），如出现破坏时，应提高冷冻介质的温度，否则降低其温度，继续进行试验。通过反复试验，确定至少有两个试样不破坏的zui低温度和至少一个试样破坏的zui高温度，如这两个结果相差不大于1℃时，即试验结束。
六、试验标准
5.1橡胶类规格
A：试样的长为长为:25.00mm，宽为6.0mm，厚为2.0mm。
5.2要求
试样的表面应光滑，无外来杂质及损伤。成品应经打磨后裁制成相应尺寸。
