一、精密电热鼓风干燥箱Electric Blast Drying Oven技术参数：
1.1 内部尺寸：W500×D600×H750mm(宽*深*高)；
1.2 温度范围：RT～250℃（定点可调）；
1.3 控温精度：±1.0℃；
1.4 均 匀 度：±2.5%（测试点为100℃）；
1.5 升温速率：RT~100℃ 约15分钟；
1.6 控制方式：电热鼓风干燥箱Drying Oven采用微电脑程控PCD9000系列多功能一体液晶屏温控仪，PID自动演算PV/SV同时显示，超温抑制，超调，控温精准，过冲低，BZ 警报→故障指示灯;
1.7 控制调功：电流控制器为SSR无接点Relay，保持电流高稳定性;
1.8 显示方式：高清数显型控制面板，设定温度与显示温度独自显示;
1.9 记忆设计: 独立式智能温度设定，具有记忆功能，无论开关机或断电后都无需重新设定;
1.10传感精度：高精度温度传感,误差小于±1℃,专用釆集模块设计，测温准确。
二、 结构材质：
2.1 柜体结构：电热鼓风干燥箱Drying Oven采用精密激光切割设备,自动冲床和数控剪板机,折弯机等设备生产,制造精度高,采用OTC焊接设备,焊接柜体密闭性好;
2.2 内胆材质：采用优质SUS304镜面不锈钢材质制作,高强度柜身,重叠式结构设计,密封性佳;
2.3 外箱材质：采用冷板S41经防锈处理后外加粉体烤漆,颜色为乳白色,美观大方;
2.4 保温材料：采用耐高温玻璃纤维高级保温材质，六面保温断热;
2.5 密封方式：气密式设计,门和箱体接合处采用硅橡胶密封条,耐老化,确保箱内密封;
2.6 柜门结构：单门式设计,压力门扣，门中间为可视窗，一体化设计,密封性佳;
2.7 底部结构：双重式结构,底部安装360˚旋转万向脚轮,方便移动及固定;
2.8 承重层板：配置2块网板,左右内板上安装搁档，层板放在搁档上（层板可活动）。
三、电器系统：
3.1 循环系统：强制水平送风循环，风源由循环马达运转带动风轮经电热器，将热风由风道送至烤箱内部，且将使用后热风吸入风道成为源再度循环加热，由此减小能量损耗并保证箱内的温度均匀性，当门开、关动作 引起扰动时，可借此送风循环系统迅速回复操作状态温度值;
3.2 进气排气：进气位置安装在后部，排气装置安装在后部，口径约30mm;
3.3 定时装置：温到计时，时到切电热→完成指示灯;
3.4 报警提示：恒温时间结束后警报提示并切断加热电源;
3.5 超温保护：内置超温警示功能，超过预设上限温度自动报警;
3.6 弹性设计：模组式零组件设计,一旦机器有任何故障需更换配件的可快速更换，无需拉回厂里等复杂作业, 弹性的设计提供客户更有效率的功能选择。
四、电源功率：

五、安全装置：
5.1 机台防护：超温防止器、马达过电流保护、控制线路、电热过电流保护；

六、使用条件：
6.1 环境温度：+5～40℃ ;
6.2 无强烈振动，无强磁场影响；
6.3 设备放的位置要与后部障碍物保持20公分的间距；
6.4 避免放在气流方向,如空调出风口处。
