1、使用领域

2)肥料、土壤的检测;

5)医院、教学等领域对部分碱性金属的检测。
2、原理简介
YK6430锂矿石分析仪是以发射光谱为基本原理的一种分析仪器。包括:气体和火焰燃烧部分、光学部分、光电转换器及检测记录部分。其过程是由雾化器将试样喷入火焰,激发发光,经分光后由检测器测量发射强度,后者与试样中待测元素含量成正比。利用火焰的热能使某元素的原子激发发光,并用仪器检测其光谱能量的强弱,进而判断物质中某元素含量的高低,由于受火焰激发能量的限制,一般比较适用于在一定浓度范围内的碱性金属元素的定量分析。

5、仪器正常使用条件
1)环境温度+10℃~+35℃,相对湿度≦85%;
2)产品应水平放置于无震动的工作台上,避免强光直接照射,周围无强烈的电、磁场干扰,无强气流影响,无影响使用的振动;
3)产品使用现场不应有易燃易爆、腐蚀性气体,并备有灭火设备;
4)电源电压(220±22)V,频率(50±1)Hz,并具有良好的接地;
5)额定功率250W;
6)使用不含杂质,燃烧稳定的液化石油气或丙烷。
6、仪器使用前的准备
1)准备好液化石油气;
2)配置所需的溶液。因溶液配制过程中,采用不同的蒸馏水作溶剂,会产生不同的背景值,为克服这差异,希望在标准液、样品的配制稀释中采用同一容器中的蒸馏水。
