Mirco Pore Optic with Sector,MPOS
MPOS是一种掠入射型聚焦光学元件,可将X射线和紫外等波段的光子进行聚焦。MPOS由数百万个方形玻璃微孔组成,内部方孔呈辐射状排布,为了得到的聚焦效果,还可以在微孔内壁表面镀增反膜,不同应用波段选择不同膜层材料。MPOS可装配成近似Wolter-I光学系统。相比传统的Wolter光学,这种辐射状排列方式有诸多优点:更大的有效面积几何面积比、质量轻、可实现在更高能量下工作。
Micro Pore Optic with Sector is a kind of grazing incidence optical element, which can focus X-ray and ultraviolet light. MPOS have several millions of square shape glass pore in micron scale and the square pores are stacked in radial geometry. In order to obtain the best focusing performance, the inner wall could be coated with increasing reflective film with different film materials for different application bands. MPOS could be assembled to a conic optical system approximation to Wolter-I optics. This radially packing geometry has several advantages, such as larger effective versus geometry area ratios,light weight and working under higher energy than normal Wolter optics.
