Nikon Corporation (Nikon) is pleased to announce a renewed lineup of two counters and five measurement stands for the Digital Length Measuring System “DIGIMICRO” that consists of three units, DIGIMICRO head, Counter and Measurement stand.
“DIGIMICRO” is a product that has a built-in high-precision optical linear encoder and detects and measures digital signals according to the movement of the linear scale. “DIGIMICRO” is widely used in processes such as measurement and quality inspection for small precision equipment and electronic components at manufacturing sites. The DIGIMICRO head measures thickness of parts and differences in levels, and then the counter displays the measuring data.
Nikon is launching the “MFC-200” and “TC-200” counters with even greater compatibility for personal computers to meet the needs of collecting and analyzing measured data on personal computers.
The MFC-200 is a head-mounted type uniaxial counter with a minimum reading of 0.1 micrometer.
The TC-200 is an external type high-precision counter with a minimum reading of 0.01 micrometer.
Both the MFC-200 and TC-200 have been newly designed to be compatible with measurement data input/output equipment (sold separately)* that facilitates output of measuring data to personal computers, which will in turn contribute to improved business flow at manufacturing sites.
Furthermore, this launch includes a lineup of five measurement stands, which means that users can now choose the stand that suits the size and height of objects to be measured. Indeed, the design has been revamped to give the stands in the lineup a unified sleek and stylish look.
