ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18

   ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18柱是超高效通用性C18色谱柱,用于提供对碱性分析物的优异峰形、提高保留(相对于ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18),以及在低pH条件下的极长柱寿命。HSS C18柱所表现出的选择性与保留性与大多数现代全封端的硅胶C18色谱柱色谱行为较为相近。

ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18 SB

   ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18SB(SBSelectivity for Bases,为碱性分析物提供特别选择性)是未经封端的C18固定相,专门设计用于提供不同的"选择性。该固定相优化用于低pH条件下方法开发并提供补充的选择性,特别是对于碱性化合物而言,与大多数现代的、全封端的硅胶C18色谱柱相比,选择性差异较大。

ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3

ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3设计用于解决分离科学家共同面对的分析难题:保留水溶性的、极性大的小分子有机化合物。HSS T3固定相是与100%水溶液流动相兼容的C18固定相,设计用于保留和分离极性有机物,与Atlantis T3 HPLC色谱柱的色谱行为很像。

ACQUITY UPLC HSS氰基柱

ACQUITY UPLC HSS氰基柱适用于改善对碱性化合物的保留与峰形,并提供在低pH条件下的优异峰形与柱寿命。它所采用的氰丙基配体提供低疏水性,可以快速分析强疏水性分析物,并可以灵活用于反相和正相色谱。

ACQUITY UPLC HSS PFP

ACQUITY UPLC HSS PFP柱为分析方法开发科学家提供了有力的选择性工具(与直链烷烃固定相相比)。五氟苯基(PFPPentafluorophenyl,或又称全氟苯基)配体提供多重保留机制包括:氢键作用、偶极-偶极作用、芳香性(π-π)作用,以及疏水(反相)作用,当试图分离异构性的、芳香性的、或是卤代的化合物特别有用。
