控温仪表：采用综合的电磁兼容设计和人性化的菜单设计，采用了公司自主研发的自适应控温技术进行温度控制，使得设备操作*傻瓜化，解决了以往PID控制技术需要多次参数整定，温度过冲等弊病，控温效果。双屏高亮度宽视窗数字显示，示值清晰、直观。微电脑智能控制，设定温度后，仪表自行控制加热功率，并显示加热状态，控温精确而稳定。超温报警并自动切断加热电源。有定时功能，定时时间zui长达9999分钟。具有因停电，死机状态造成数据丢失而保护的参数记忆，来电恢复功能。
保温层：国内*，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆机构*，*减少了内腔热量的外传。
