GT气动执行器,气动执行器,执行器结构特点Structural features
1、紧凑的双活塞齿轮,齿条式结构,啮合精确,传动平稳,输出扭矩稳定。
2、缸体为挤压铝合金,并经硬质阳极氧化处理,表面质地坚硬,耐磨性强。

执行器的选用Actuator selection
1、双作用式GTD
使用双作用式执行器,先确定阀门的扭矩,水蒸气或非润滑的介质增加25%安全值;非润滑的干气戒指增加60%安全值;非润滑气体输送的颗粒粉料介质增加100%安全值;对于清洁、无摩擦的润滑介质增加20%安全值,然后根据气源工作压力,查找双作用式扭矩表,可得到准确的GTD型号,例如:气源压力只有5bar,控制一个需要扭矩400N.m球阀,介质为非润滑的水蒸气,考虑到安全因素,增加25%等于500N.m,首先按表查找气源压力5bar,然后沿该列垂直查找等于或相近的扭矩数据,选591N.m,再沿该行向左查找其型号,选择GTD160型。
2.单作用式(弹簧复位)GTE
使用单作用式执行器,先确定阀门的扭矩,水蒸气或非润滑的戒指增加25%安全值;非润滑的干气介质增加60%安全值;非润滑气体输送的颗粒粉料介质增加100%安全值;对于清洁、无摩擦的润滑介质增加20%安全值,然后查找单作用式扭矩表,先查的弹簧复位终点,再查气源工作压力终点,气源压力扭矩应该大于弹簧复位扭矩,可等到准确的GTE型号,例如:气源压力只有4bar,控制一个需要扭矩180N.m蝶阀,介质为非润滑的干燥气体,考虑到安全因素,增加60%等于288N.m,首先按表查找弹簧复位终点得到相近扭矩305N.m,然后沿该列行向左查找气源压力4bar的开始扭矩584N.m正好气源压力扭矩大于弹簧复位扭矩,再沿该行向左查找其型号,选择GTE190型。

7、电气转换器:将电流信号转换成气压信号,与气动定位器配套使用。
8、气动定位器:根据气压信号(0.02~0.1Mpa)大小来控制阀门的开度,进行调节控制。
9、气动三联件:减压阀、过滤器、油雾器。对气源稳定、清洁及运动部件起润滑作用。

安装、调试与维护Installation, commissioning and maintenance
1、GT系列气动执行器可与阀门直接连接,也可通过支架和接头与阀门安装连接。
2、安装时必须保证气动执行器的输出轴与阀门轴的同轴度。
3、管接头机导管内部清洁干净,无多余物,粉尘及油污等。
4、电磁阀、电气定位器、电气转换器、气动定位器、回信器等应按相关说明进行安装、调试。
5、气动执行器两端的调节螺钉,可以微量调整阀门的开启角度,调整后必须将螺母销紧。
6、执行器与阀门应同时调试,对阀门加压到额定压力,执行器以气源压力0.4~0.7Mpa对两个进气口切换进气,管擦阀门打开和关闭情况,应转动灵活无停顿,针爬行乱象,
并进行多次反复试验。
7、安装电磁阀的气动执行器,调试时应先用手动按钮操作(电磁阀上的红色按钮)调试,然后再通电调试。
8、源应保持干燥、清洁、定期对与执行器相配合使用的空气过滤器进行放水、排污。正常使用情况下每月检查一次,每年检修一次。
