Application
The set is used for 5'-end labeling of oligonucleotides with digoxigenin. The oligonucleotide is reacted in a final synthesis step with an aminolinker phosphoramidite, creating a 5'-terminal amino function. After completion of the oligonucleotide synthesis, the digoxigenin moiety is introduced at the 5' position.
In general, 1 mg NHS-ester is sufficient for the labeling of approximay 300 nmol of amino-substituted oligonucleotide.
