差压测量,连续液位、流量和差压测量
差压变送器采用压阻式压力传感器、焊接型金属膜片传感器、电子差压系统或隔膜密封系统,在大多数工业过程中广泛使用
差压测量
在液位测量中,除了可以使用采用硅压阻式传感器或隔膜密封系统的压力仪表,还能够使用由两个传感器和一台变送器组成的Deltabar电子差压系统。进行液位测量时,高压传感器(HP)测量静压力。低压传感器(LP)测量顶部压力。变送器基于两个数字量计算液位或差压。
差压测量:测量原理
硅压阻式传感器:在工作压力作用下过程隔离膜片发生形变,填充液将压力传输至电阻桥路(半导体技术)。测量并计算与压力相关的桥路输出电压变化量。
隔膜密封系统:工作压力作用在隔膜密封系统的过程隔离膜片上,填充液将压力传输至传感器的过程隔离膜片上。
优势
采用硅压阻式传感器时的zui高压力为700 bar (10,500 psi)
配备小尺寸齐平安装的过程连接,确保硅压阻式传感器抗过载
采用隔膜密封系统时的过程温度范围为-70...+400°C (-94...+752°F)
电子差压系统消除了传统机械问题,具有更大过程适用性和更高可靠性。此外,电子差压系统的结构设计还zui大限度地降低了安全风险
