IXIA XG12 12-slot模块箱

Ixia’s XG12 12-slot modular chassis is the test and measurement industry’s highest port density test system available for Ethernet. It is a flexible platform that delivers the most comprehensive solution for performance, functional, and conformance testing of network equipment and network applications. Operating in conjunction with Ixia’s industry-leading test applications and automation APIs, the XG12 chassis provides the foundation for high scale and performance, layer 1-7 test solutions.

The XG12 supports up to 384 ports of 10 Gigabit Ethernet （10GE）, 192 1GE ports, 24 ports of 100GE Higher Speed Ethernet （HSE） CFP MSA ports, 48 ports of 40GE HSE QSFP+ ports, 24 Packet over SONET （POS） ports, or 24 Asynchronous Transfer Mode （ATM） ports.

The XG12 chassis has more total power and cooling compared to Ixia’s XM chassis series. The XG12 has a front-to-back airflow system to ensure that all of Ixia’s highest density load modules can operate efficiently. A true modular construction maximizes the XG12’s serviceability. Each major system component is self-contained and field replaceable. The fan, power supply, and processor components are designed to be readily installed and removed. All Ixia XM load modules are hot-swappable which ensures a highly flexible and multi-user testing environment. Both of Ixia’s load module form factors, the XM and Standard modules are supported in the XG12, providing a seamless integration with existing Ixia test systems.

Noise	The XG12 chassis running at maximum fan speed capacity may produce noise levels up to 86.5 dB（A）. This is measured per the GR-63-CORE, Issue 1, and paragraph 5.6.3 specification. The use of appropriate ear protection is recommended to protect against hearing impairment. Consult local health and safety regulations for recommended maximum exposure levels for noise and ear protection devices. Note: Fan speed is variable and adjusted based on present load and temperatures within the chassis.

NOTE:

¹ The North American power cord has a NEMA L6-20P plug that goes to the power source and an IEC-60320-C19 receptacle that plugs into the XG12 chassis. The power cord is rated to 16 Amperes. The plug and receptacle are rated for 20 Amperes. The XG12 chassis is UL certified when using the 200-240VAC power cords supplied with the chassis. For international shipments power cords are provided for the target country and are included with the purchase of the chassis.
