外泌体领域新进展!全自动外泌体荧光检测分析系统顺利落户重庆大学医学院

近年来,外泌体的研究热度持续攀升,已成为当前生命科学和基础医学研究的一大热点。数据显示,在 2023 年国家自然科学基金获批项目中,外泌体研究相关项目的总数近 390 个,立项的总金额突破 1.5 亿元。

重庆大学医学院


全自动外泌体荧光检测分析系统是一款无需纯化、全自动的可对单个外泌体进行表征分析的全新设备。该设备能够提供全面的外泌体表征信息,包括外泌体粒径大小、计数、分布、携带蛋白表达、生物标志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。设备操作简单,结果可靠,有效降低了实验操作难度,提高了实验效率。短短三年,在世界范围内已有100多家实验室采用该设备,包括了著名的哈佛大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、康奈尔大学、洛杉矶儿童医院、麻省总医院、东京工业大学、首尔大学、新加坡国立大学、大阪大学、北京大学、上海交通大学、西安交通大学、中国海洋大学、重庆大学等,发表SCI已超过280篇,其中不乏顶级期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal   of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
