智能集菌仪是次性使用全封闭集菌培养器的配套使用设施。体化不锈钢机壳设计：全部采用L304卫生级不锈钢，解决了无菌室. 微生物室高洁净仪器的要求。提高仪器的使用寿命，降低因传统集菌仪表面生锈问题造成的维修、换等产生的成本。避免了因为化学物质对表面的腐蚀，机壳表面设计不何死角。通过集菌仪定向蠕动加压原理，使供试品中微生物截留在滤器中的微孔滤膜（0.22µm*47mm或0.45µm*47mm上，通过冲洗滤膜除去抑菌成分，然后把所需的培养基通过进样管道直接引入全封闭过滤集菌培养器中，放置在培养箱内进行无菌培养。
