GL Sciences 新开发的新型ES硅胶InertSustain系列,有更高的惰性及耐久性。
InertSustain C8是辛基(C8)键合的新开发的硅胶柱,和InertSustain C18一样,具有非常高的惰性。InertSustain C8可以在很宽的pH范围内对高度疏水的化合物进行快速分析,并得到对称峰形。

疏水化合物的快速分析
与C18柱相比,C8列提供的疏水性相互作用较弱。InertSustain C8与InertSustain C18具有相同的分离模式,但是InertSustain C8的洗脱时间更短。
高惰性
由于InertSustain C8的惰性很高,所以在分析时无论是强酸性化合物还是强碱性化合物,都不会被吸附。
所以使用InertSustain C8,无论是强碱还是强酸的化合物都能得到良好的峰形。
宽PH兼容性&高耐久性
InertSustain C8对酸性和碱性流动相的耐受度很高,可耐受PH值为1至10。
