流行性感冒(简称流感)是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染,也是一种传染性强、传播速度快的疾病。其主要通过空气中的飞沫、人与人之间的接触或与被污染物品的接触传播。典型的临床症状是:急起高热、全身疼痛、显著乏力和轻度呼吸道症状。一般秋冬季节是其高发期,所引起的并发症和死亡现象非常严重。该病是由流感病毒引起,可分为甲(A)、乙(B)、丙(C)三型,甲型病毒经常发生抗原变异,传染性大,传播迅速,极易发生大范围流行。甲型H1N1也就是甲型一种。本病具有自限性,但在婴幼儿、老年人和存在心肺基础疾病的患者容易并发肺炎等严重并发症而导致的。

复红(alde细菌yde-fuc细菌sin)或地衣红 (orcein)能将弹性纤维染成紫色或棕褐色。弹性纤维较细,直行, 分支交织,粗细不等(0.2-1.0μm),表面光滑,断端常卷曲(图3 -2)。电镜下,弹性纤维的核心部分电子密度低,由均质的弹性蛋白 (elastin)组成,核心外周覆盖微原纤维(microfibril),直径约 10nm。弹性蛋白分子能任意卷曲,分子间藉共价键交联成网。在外力 牵拉下,卷曲的弹性蛋白分子伸展拉长;除去外力后,弹性蛋白分子 又回复为卷曲状态(图3-14)。弹性纤维富于弹性而韧性差,与胶原纤维交织在一起,使疏松结缔组 织既有弹性又有韧性,有利于器官和组织保持形态位置的相对恒定, 又具有一定的可变性。网状纤维网状纤维(reticular fiber)较细,分支多,交织成网。网状纤维 由Ⅲ型胶原蛋白构成,也具有64nm周期性横纹。纤维表面被覆蛋白多 糖和糖蛋白,故PAS反应阳性,并具嗜银性。用银染法,网状纤维呈黑 色,故又称嗜银纤维(argyrop细菌il fiber)。网状纤维多分布在 结缔组织与其它组织交界处,如基膜的网板、肾小管周围、毛细血管 周围。在造血器官和内分泌腺,有较多的网状纤维,构成它们的支架 。可分为:疏松结缔组织、致密结缔组织、脂肪组织、网状结缔组织 、软骨、骨和血液。疏松结缔组织 广泛存在于各器官之间、组织之间、甚至细胞之间。其 结构特点是基质多,纤维少,结构疏松,呈蜂窝状,故又称蜂窝组织 。该组织有连接、支持、防御、传递营养和代谢产物等多种功能。(1)细胞:疏松结缔组织中的细胞种类较多,散在分布。其中有些是 经常存在的较恒定的细胞,如成纤维细胞、脂肪细胞和未分化的间充 质细胞。

Fibers thinner, straight, branched intertwined, ranging in thickness (0.2-1.0μm), the surface smooth, often curly end of the fracture (Figure 3 -2). Under electron microscopy, the central portion of the elastic fiber has a low electron density and is composed of a homogenous elastin. The outer periphery of the fiber is covered with microfibril with a diameter of about 10 nm. Elastin molecules can be any curly, intermolecular cross-linked by covalent network. Under the external force, the crimped elastin molecules stretch and elongate. After removing the external force, the elastin molecules return to the crimped state (Figure 3-14). Elastic fibers are rich in elasticity and poor in toughness. They are intertwined with the collagen fibers to make the loose connective tissue both elastic and tough, which helps the organs and tissues to maintain relatively constant morphological positions and has certain variability. Reticular fiber mesh (reticular fiber) thinner, more branches, woven into a network. The reticular fibers are composed of type III collagen and also have periodic stripes of 64 nm. The fiber surface is coated with proteoglycans and glycoproteins, so the PAS reaction is positive and has an argyrophilic property. Silver staining, reticular fibers were black, it is also known as silver silver fiber (argyrop bacteria il fiber). Reticular fibers are distributed in the junction of connective tissue and other tissues, such as the basement membrane of the membrane, around the tubules, around the capillaries. In hematopoietic organs and endocrine glands, there are more reticular fibers that make up their scaffolds. Can be divided into: loose connective tissue, dense connective tissue, adipose tissue, reticular connective tissue, cartilage, bone and blood. Loose connective tissue widely exists in various organs, between tissues, and even between cells. Its structural features are more matrix, less fiber, loose structure, was honeycomb, it is also known as honeycomb. The organization has many functions of connection, support, defense, delivery of nutrients and metabolites. (1) cells: loose connective tissue cells in more types, scattered distribution. Some of these are more often constant cells such as fibroblasts, adipocytes, and undifferentiated mesenchymal cells.
