Te serum concentrations of T, E2, and LH and hypothalamic ARC levels of kisspeptin, GnRH, Dyn, and NKB were quantifed using rat ELISA kits (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China). All experiments were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Te kit detection range was 5–160nmol/L for T, 3–80ng/L for E2, 1.5–40ng/L for LH, 10–350pg/mL for kisspeptin, 1–48ng/L for GnRH, 0.2–9μg/L for NKB, and 12–500pg/mL for Dyn.
