本产品广泛应用于测定油脂,油漆,塑料,食品,药物,胶粘剂,化妆品等各种流体的粘性阻力与液体的粘度。在使用时必须按照说明书的要求进行安装和测量工作。
NDJ-1 Rotational Viscometer is a novel instrument to be used in measuring the viscous resistance and the absolute viscosity of fluid.It is widely applicable to determine the viscosity of various kinds of fluids, such as grease, paint, plastics, food products, pharmaceuticals, bonding agent, etc.

2.安装:
1) 从包装箱中取出机箱底座与支柱。
2) 将三只水平调整脚旋入底座螺丝孔中(图一)
3) 主机安装:
a. 旋松机箱中螺钉取出主机。
b. 旋松手柄固定钮,将电源线嵌入手柄夹头槽内
c. 将手柄穿入夹头槽底圆孔中
d. 旋紧手柄固定钮夹紧手柄,并使主机基本保持水平
e. 拆除指针主杆上的橡皮圈和主机下端的黄色包装套圈。
警告!在未拆除上述两项前不可通电开机,否则将损坏机器。
f. 接上电源,调整水平调整脚,使水准器中水平泡居于中心圆圈中。
Installation:
1) Take out the support stand, column from the packing box.
2) Screw the column into the hole at the rear of the support stand with the teethed side facing the front of the support stand. Tighten the 3 adjustments underneath the stand support.
3) Installation of Main Body:
a. Take out of the main body and loose the screw.
b. Loose the fixed button and embed the power cord into the groove of the clamp.
c. Let the handle get through the hole of groove of the clamp.
d. Tighten the fixing screw on lever and keep the main body horizontal.
e. Remove the rubber band on the indicator control lever, release the yellow screw at the lower end of the instrument and lastly remove the yellow packing ring.
Warning!
Do not power on before the 2 operations above, otherwise damage will be caused.
f. Power on, make adjustment of the support stand and make sure the leveling bubble is in the center.
3. 操作:
1) 首先将保护架右旋上仪器下端。
2) 准备被测液体,选择直径>or=70mm 的圆柱型容器。
3) 按测量要求的精度,准确控制被测液体的温度
4) 估计被测液体黏度值的大致范围参考量程表选好转子号,并将转子左旋入连接螺杆(图4).然后旋转升降钮(图5),使仪器慢慢地下降,逐渐浸入测量液体中,直至转子液面标志和液面平为止。(图4)按下指针锁定杆,开启电源开关,放开指针锁定杆,使转子在液体中旋转,一般20~30秒的运转,待指针趋于稳定。按下指针锁定杆,使读数固定下来,再关闭电机,使指针停在读数窗范围内,直接读出数据。当电机关停后,如指针不处于读书窗内,应继续按住指针锁定杆,反复开启和关闭电机,使指针处于读数窗内。如选用6和12转/分时,可直接读取读数,不需锁定指针。
5) 读数指针一般在30~90分度之间为佳,否则可变换转子号和转速达到这个要求。
6) 当不能预知被测液体粘度值时,应试用由小到大的转子和转动变速钮(图5),由慢到快的变化转速顺序来测定粘度值。
Operation:
1) Firstly,Spin the protector pole to right just right under the instrument.
2) Prepare the fluid to be measured ,put it in a beaker or cylindrical container with its diameter not less than 70mm.
3) According to the requested precision of measurement, the temperature of the fluid to be measured should be precisely under control.
4) First estimate the approximate range of viscosity of the fluid to be measured, then select the appropriate rotor and speed according to table of range. Screw the selected rotor into the connecting worm(Turn left to install and right to remove).Turn the elevation knob, slowly lower the instrument, the rotor will gradually dip into the fluid surface, then adjust the leveling speed changing knob making the required speed upward to align with the indication point for speed, release the indicator control rod causing the rotor to rotate in the fluid. After several rotation(Generally 20-30seconds) until the indicator tends to be stable(or make readings at specified time).Press indicator control rod(Caution: 1. Do not use excessive force. 2.When the speed is quite slow, it is not necessary to use control rod. The readings can be directly made), causing the reading to settle, switch off the motor, the indicator will stay at the readout window and then reading can be taken. After the motor has switched off but the indicator does not stay at the readout window, press the indicator control rod continuously and repeatedly switch off the motor. After several practices the user will skillfully manage the technique of keeping the indicator too stay in the window for reading.
5) When the value indicated by the indicator is too high or too low, change the rotor or speed so the reading is preferable range of 30-90 graduation.
6) When the approximate viscosity of the fluid to be measured is difficult to estimate, suppose a higher viscosity first, then try the rotor of lower No. to higher No. and lower speed to higher speed. The principle is that for the fluid of high viscosity select small rotator and low speed. For the fluid of low viscosity select large rotor and high speed.
4. 注意事项:
1) 本仪器使用于常温环境下(10-30?C).
2) 测定时必须装上保护架,否则测定粘度将因容器的直径变化而变化。
3) 转子在安装和拆除时应将转子连接螺杆向上抬起,避免转轴轴尖碰损,浸入液体时避免气泡粘附于转子上。
4) 仪器不得测放或倒放,特别是在装上转子时。
5) 装上转子后,不要在未浸入液体的情况下,开机旋转。
6) 每次使用完毕小心拆下转子,*清洗,用吹风机吹干,垂直安放在转子架上。
7) 搬运仪器时应装上黄色包装套圈和橡皮圈锁定指针锁定杆。
8) 直接测定被测液体的,不要以恒温槽的温度代替被测液体的温度。
9) 在测试中非牛顿液体的表现粘度往往因切变速率和测定时间长短等因素的不同而变化,属正常情况,非仪器故障。
10) 严格按照使用要求操作使用。
Points for Attention:
This instrument should be used in regular temperature(Normally 10-30 ?C).
The protector should be applied in the course of measurement, otherwise the viscosity will vary with the diameter of the container.
Care should be taken in installing and removing the rotor. To install and remove the rotor the connecting worm should be slightly lifted to avoid he shaft tip damaged.
When the rotor is installed, the instrument should not be placed on its side or upside down.
After installation of rotor do not power on in the case that the rotor is not dipping into the fluid.
After each operation, clean the rotor immediay (don't clean the rotor when it is on the instrument). After cleaning, put the rotor on the rotor rack properly.
When moving or transporting the instrument, use a rubber band to wrap the indicator control rod and keep it tightening, sleeve it into the yellow packing ring and lift the connecting worm.
Precisely control the temperature of the fluid to be measured.
Most of the high viscosity fluid, such as suspension, emulsion, high polymer, etc., are usually "Non-Newtonian fluid", their variation of viscosity is according to the shear rate and change of time. Therefore measurement under different rotor, speed and time may give non-uniform results. This is normal, and it is no the fault of the instrument.
Strictly adhere to the operation instructions for measurement.
