1080 Quartz Distillatory
1. Installation
1） Open the package box ,take out the condensator and then insert it ,in sequence, into the flask with the end of sandblast .
2） Connect the rub hose according to the sketch map ,put on the outlet for the condensator and put it on the apparatus smoothly .
3） The outlet of the condensator ought to be connected with a pool , the inlet instead of with a water faucet with rub hose .
4） Educe the outlet of the thrice distillation water and let it into a ethene barrel with rub hose .
2. Operation
1） Open the first anterior condensate valve and let the water into the first flask though the inlet until the water overflow .Discharge the water in a flume .
2） Swith on power , indicator light, the first flask go into operation .Open the second condensate inlet valve when distillating water reach a certain level in the second flask （about 1 hour ）,don’t swith on the power until some water flow out from the outlet ,and then the second distillation begins.
3. Cleaning
The furring will come into bring in the condensator after some operation time .In order to clean it up ,you can marinate it in the 20%HNO2 solution for 4 hours ,and then wash it 3 times with some water . Notice: the water without ion could be used to avoid to form furring .
4. Maintenance
1） Please turn off the apparatus imminently when break short off electricity or water for avoiding the damnification of the apparatus .
2） The thermal resistance of the electric furnace will get into aging after a long working time .It should be replaced by new one before broken, that’s in the case of a bright point appears when swith on the apparatus every time .
