Medium Renewal: 3 times per week
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution for two minutes. Remove the trypsin and let the flask sit at room temperature for 10 minutes （or until the cells detach）. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. |
