迪普马齿轮泵修复磨损的驱动轴和衬套
力士乐齿轮泵驱动轴和衬套磨损后,配合间隙增大,必然会影响泵油量。在这种情况下,可以通过修理驱动轴或衬套来恢复正常的配合间隙。如果驱动轴轻微磨损,只有压出旧衬套并用标准尺寸的衬套更换,配合间隙才能恢复到允许范围内。如果传动轴和衬套磨损严重,配合间隙超标,不仅要更换衬套,还应通过镀铬或振动堆焊扩大传动轴直径,然后研磨至标准尺寸,以恢复与衬套的配合要求。
