德国GSR气动阀门工作原理

原理:通电时,电磁力把先导孔打开,上腔室压力迅速下降,在关 闭件周围形成上低下高的压差,流体压力推动关闭件向上移动,阀门打开;断电时,弹簧力把先导孔关闭,入口压力通过旁通孔迅速腔室在关阀件周围形成下低上高的压差,流体压力推动关闭件向下移动,关闭阀门。
GSR先导阀是一种先导阀与主阀两者间相互的阀体当电磁阀线圈通电,动铁芯与静铁芯吸合使导阀孔开放,阀芯背腔的压力通过导阀孔流向出口,此时阀芯背腔的压力低于进口压力,利用压差使阀芯脱离主阀口,介质从进口流向出口。当线圈断电,动铁芯与静铁芯脱离,关闭了导阀孔,阀芯背腔压力受进口压力的补充逐渐趋于和进口平衡,阀芯因弹簧力作用下把阀门紧密关闭。 特点:功率消耗低、通径较大,而结构简单、安装方向任意,但只能用于电磁阀两端有一定压差的场合,主要应用在汽车,电厂,钢厂,船厂等行业
1)GSR与固定液阻组成先导控制液桥,根据输入信号对主阀或次级阀或变量杠进行控制;
2)GSR首级先导阀的流量一般都只在1升/分左右,zui大3升/分。二级先导阀流量就要根据实际需要决定。
3)GSR输入信号都比较小;
4)GSR可以接受多种输入方式,如手动、电动、液动、气动、机械凸轮、电比例等;
5)GSR在变量泵控制等情况,多种先导阀形成模块化结构,多种功能取舍方便;
6)GSR先导阀本身往往就是一种小规格控制阀,多为压力控制阀。
