概述

Designed for toughest applications, equipped with strong scanner shaft and due to double-lipped special seals (as in pumps) impervious to aggressive cooling agents, dust and chips. The compact scanner dimensions and the wide scanning range as well as the smooth, cylindrical wall allow for easy assembly without additional adjustment aids.

Characteristics:

TK91A is ideally suited for scanning long tools and detecting smallest deviations. This scanner can take longer wands (up to 660 mm) with plates to monitor tool tips. Therefore, no space for lateral swivel range is required. The powerful gear motor of TK91A - which also excels by the repeat accuracy of its monitoring function - is ideal for a wide scanning range.

安装要求：

做法

• 在可能的情况下，接入从机床气源过滤器/调 节器装置提供的气源。请勿把NC4连接到含 油的气源上。

• 当将气管穿进导管/机床时，使用空气组件随 配的气阻塞。

• 在连接导管与NC4装置的入口之前，先将气 源开启一会儿，把导管内的碎屑吹出去。当 不再有碎屑排出时，则关闭气源并连接到NC4 上。

• 当往NC4上安装气管时，应确保气管长度应 尽量短，以减少气压降。

• 如果气源温度比环境温度高出5 °C，并且潮 湿，则需使用空气干燥器。

优点：速度快，准确，但对机床环境要求比较高，对钻头比较实用。

3.接触式对刀仪

TS27R对刀仪用于数控加工中心上的对刀操作。

进行刀长测量和刀具破损检测时，由程序驱动 刀具沿Z轴方向接近对刀仪测针。在机床的X轴和Y 轴设定旋转刀具的半径刀补。

螺钉调节工具可使测针与机床的轴对齐。

接口装置处理对刀仪与数控系统之间的信号
