在大于90%尤文肉瘤患者(多发于20岁以下)中,EWSR1基因可出现断裂及与多种基因融合;如与FLI1基因融合(85%)、与ERG基因融合(10%)。本探针设计为断裂探针,可检测EWSR1基因是否发生断裂,用于辅助诊断尤文肉瘤。
本试剂盒仅供科研使用。
