干细胞实验样本的基本要求和制备方法：
1、 选择合适浓度的常规检测样本，分为体积相同的3-4份。
2、 在其中2-3份样本中加入不同量的待测物标准，制成2-3个不同加入浓度的回收样本，计算加入的待测物的浓度。
3、 在另一份样本中加入同样量的无被测物的溶剂，制成基础样本。
实验结果报告：
A、可报告范围低限：以方法性能标示的CV值为可接受界值，由数据中选取CV值等于或小于可接受界值的zui低浓度水平做为可报告范围低限。
B、可报告范围高限：选取还原浓度与理论浓度的偏差（%）等于或小于方法标示CV值时的zui大稀释倍数为方法推荐的zui大稀释倍数，方法线性范围的上限与zui大稀释倍数的乘积为该方法可报告范围的高限
