Ribonuclease Inhibitor 是经大肠杆菌表达、纯化的来源于人胎盘的重组蛋白, 分子量50KD。特异性地抑制RNase A, RNase B和RNase C, 形成1:1的复合体, 阻遏RNase的活性. 不能抑制RNase1, RNaseT1, S1核酸酶, Rnase H或曲霉菌来源的Rnase; 对Taq DNA Polymerase, AMV, M-MLV以及SP6, T7 RNA 聚合酶无抑制作用。其抑制常数Ki=10-14mol/L。
