钟罩阀工作原理
A:环链葫芦型chain hoist
钟罩阀主要由阀座、钟罩、阀体、阀盖、提升吊杆、提升架及吊杆润滑密封系统、环链电动葫芦和爬梯系统组成。钟罩与阀座为铸钢件,控制钟罩与阀座的相对位置关系就能达到控制流体流量的目的。工作时,阀座是安装在管道上不动的。钟罩经吊杆,穿过润滑密封系统与环链电动葫芦的吊钩连接成一体。当环链电动葫芦得到动作信号,开启钟罩阀时,环链电动葫芦拉起吊钩,吊杆垂直上升,从而将钟罩提升,这样就使钟罩与阀座产生了距离,钟罩阀两端的管路就连通了,实现烟气的排放。反之,环链电动葫芦吊钩下降,钟罩在重力的作用下落下,直到接触到阀座,这样就将管路两端的烟气截断了。

B:卷扬机型Windlass:
当卷扬机得到动作信号,开启钟罩阀时,卷扬机拉紧钢丝绳,吊杆垂直上升,从而将钟罩提升,这样就使钟罩与阀座产生了距离,钟罩阀两端的管路就连通了,实现烟气的排放。反之,卷扬机松开钢丝绳,钟罩在重力的作用下落下,直到接触到阀座,这样就将管路两端的烟气截断了。
