特异性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology3.

制备：抗体是杂交瘤细胞上清通过G-Sepharose纯化所得，内毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg

保存和运输：4度保存和运输，保质期为6个月,无菌保存不含防腐剂，分装保存-20度至少可以保存一年以上，但请避免反复冻融

使用方法: 按动物体重注射抗体  量为2 µg抗体/g动物体重60分钟内可以去除血小板95%以上，建议每次注射100-200µL抗体（用无菌PBS稀释）。
