选择正确测量话筒的指南

测量话筒有多种类型，涵盖各种频率范围、动态范围和应用场合。GRAS测量话筒是世界上好的。

外极化话筒

这些麦克风与标准前置放大器一起使用，如GRAS 26AK，它有一个7针LEMO连接器。前置放大器必须连接到电源模块（例如GRAS 12AK）或分析仪输入端，该模块可为前置放大器提供电源，并为麦克风振膜提供200 V极化。

外极化麦克风是准确和稳定的，是非常关键的测量选择。

预极化话筒

这些麦克风通常与CCP（恒流功率）前置放大器（如GRAS 26CA）一起使用。预极化麦克风必须连接到

CCP传感器的输入级或由CCP电源供电，例如GRAS 12AL。CCP前置放大器使用标准同轴电缆，从而降低成本。另一方面，预极化话筒的长期稳定性和高温稳定性不如外极化话筒。

自由场传声器或压力传声器或随机入射传声器

你应该选哪一个？

测量话筒有三种类型：自由场、压力和随机入射。

您可以看到这三种测量话筒在较高频率下的差异，在较高频率下，话筒的大小与被测声音的波长相当。

自由场话筒

自由场麦克风的设计基本上是为了测量声压，就像麦克风被引入声场之前一样。在较高的频率下，麦克风本身在声场中的存在会干扰局部声压。自由场话筒的频率响应已经过仔细调整，以补偿对局部声场的干扰。（另请参见随机入射话筒）。对于大多数声压级测量，例如声级计、声功率测量和声辐射研究，建议使用自由场话筒。

压力传声器

压力传声器用于测量传声器振膜表面的实际声压。一个典型的应用是测量封闭耦合器中的声压，或如左图所示，测量边界或墙壁处的声压；在这种情况下，传声器构成墙的一部分，并测量墙壁本身的声压。建议将压力传声器与GRAS RA0045 IEC 60318-4和RA0038 IEC 60318-5，2cc耦合器等耦合器一起使用，并用于封闭腔体内声压的研究。

随机入射话筒

随机入射麦克风用于测量声场，其中声音来自多个方向，例如在混响室或其他高反射环境中测量时。声波在各个方向上的分布取决于这些声波在各个方向上的分布。对于测量传声器，基于统计考虑确定了标准分布；由此产生了标准化的随机入射传声器。根据ANSI标准，随机入射通常用于声压级测量。

这不仅是话筒本身的功能，也是话筒使用的前置放大器的功能。麦克风的动态范围在很大程度上与它的灵敏度直接相关。

测量传声器组

测量话筒组已经组合在一起，以满足用户的典型测量需求。独立于您的测量系统和应用程序，您应该能够找到一套适合您的需要。麦克风组可直接连接到所有专业测量系统，如图所示，它们可用于CCP和7针LEMO输入。

如果您的测量平台支持符合ieee1451.4（TEDS）的智能传感器，您可以简单地插入麦克风，它们将通过其特定的属性、类型和校准数据来识别自己。多渠道用户特别喜欢的功能。

CCP机组使用高质量同轴电缆，而LEMO机组使用特殊的软型多芯屏蔽电缆。如果要使用延长电缆，则应考虑对高频和动态范围的可能影响。

所有话筒组作为一个单元交付，并进行相应校准。成套设备随附校准图，包括整套装置的灵敏度值和频率响应曲线。因此，灵敏度值可直接用于系统设置。

为了频繁验证测量链，需要一个声源。GRAS为此提供了一个114分贝的声音校准器。根据使用情况和您的内部质量控制要求，我们建议至少每两年重新校准一次。为了更准确的验证，我们建议使用活塞式电话进行校准。GRAS提供114dB和134dB皮斯顿电话。此外，我们建议根据可靠的基准校准声源。GRAS提供校准服务，并建议每两年进行一次校准。
