DPH1.1 mAb 可用于蛋白质印迹 （WB）。
DPH1.1 mAb 在跨孔迁移试验中阻断 HMGB1 诱导的细胞迁移。
在体内，静脉内施用 DPH1.1 mAb （220 μg/小鼠） 可阻断炎症细胞募集到坏死和感染部位。
