ImmunoChemistry公司成立于1994年，作为研发、销售于一体的免疫化学生物技术公司，提供各种du特的细胞蛋白酶、细胞凋亡与细胞毒性检测试剂盒。
美国ImmunoChemistry Technologies（ICT）有几十年免疫检测的经验，主要提供高质量高灵敏度的ELISA以及相关试剂，包括包被液、封闭液、冲洗液、底物、终止液、板子等等。同时提供全面的细胞活性检测相关试剂，包括凋亡、caspase、自噬、细胞毒性、坏死等相关检测。
ImmunoChemistry公司产品FLICA™、Magic Red™、MitoPT™、FLISP™、Cholinesterase和dan碱酯酶等全细胞蛋白酶检测试剂盒，不采用酶联免疫方法也不使用抗体，通过使用荧光标记的渗透细胞底物与由活性蛋白酶标记多肽序列的抑制剂，对细胞内活性凋亡蛋白酶、组织蛋白酶、丝an酸蛋白酶、dan碱酯酶、功能性线粒体进行测定，便可定量分析细胞凋亡与细胞毒性。
一旦小鼠单克隆细胞系被亚克隆为单克隆，它就可以通过体外（生物反应器）或体内（腹水）生产用作单克隆抗体（mAb）的无限来源。
方法概述：体外生物反应器生产
细胞系扩增（1-2周）
解冻并扩增单克隆细胞系用于接种生物反应器。
可根据要求提供细胞系对无血清培养基的适应（适应最多需要 3 周）。
生物反应器生产（2周）
将细胞系接种到生物反应器中并产生抗体。
mAb纯化
方法概述：体内腹水生产
细胞系扩增（项目相关时间线）
解冻并扩增单克隆细胞系用于接种小鼠。
接种（3-4周）
对小鼠进行启动，接种细胞，然后收获抗体。
