Nanoprobe 公司du家生产和销售du特的产品Nanogold®及结合了荧光与免疫金探针的 FluoroNanogold。另外还生产一个完整的 3、5、10、15、30 nm 胶体金探针的产品系列,和一个包括具有du特优点的银增强和负染试剂产品系列。
荧光探针和金探针本身通常以wan全不同的浓度使用。免疫荧光偶联物的浓度通常为每毫升 1 mg 左右,而金探针的稀释度可能高出 10 至 20 倍。FluoroNanogold™ 的包装和销售浓度与我们的 Nanogold® 免疫金偶联物相同:80 μg/mL (0.08 mg/mL)。通常,免疫金偶联物的使用浓度低于免疫荧光偶联物:当您使用 FluoroNanogold™ 时,最佳结果可能来自两者之间的浓度。这就是两个最常见问题的原因:较低荧光团浓度的荧光信号低,以及背景倾向更大,特别是在电子显微镜水平上。
