肌动蛋白丝作为细胞骨架的关键成分,因其在真核细胞中的众多功能作用(包括细胞内电信号传导)而引起了人们的极大兴趣。本研究的目的是表征球状和聚合肌动蛋白的交流电 (AC) 传导特性,并将其值定量与先前理论预测的值进行比较。肌动蛋白丝已被证明可以作为导电生物纳米线,形成能够在细胞中传输离子波的信号网络。我们对不同浓度的肌动蛋白进行了电导率测量,同时考虑了未聚合和聚合的肌动蛋白,以确定其电性能的潜在差异。这些测量揭示了两个相关特征:首先,排列在细丝中的聚合肌动蛋白的阻抗低于其球状对应物;其次,肌动蛋白浓度的增加导致更高的电导率。此外,根据收集到的数据,我们开发了一个定量模型来表示肌动蛋白在缓冲溶液中的电特性。我们假设肌动蛋白丝可以建模为电阻-电感器-电容器 (RLC) 电路,其中电阻贡献是由于沿灯丝的粘性离子流;电感贡献是由于螺线管沿着螺旋形灯丝和围绕螺旋形灯丝流动,而电容贡献是由于在每个带负电荷的灯丝周围形成的反离子层。
