肿瘤细胞使用时应注意以下几点：
1）根据检测标本数量确定所需试剂的量；
2）用洗板机洗板时，保证洗液注满各孔，洗板针畅通，洗完板后在吸水纸上轻轻拍干，还要防止针口有纤维蛋白或异物，这些异物在洗板的过程中易产生拖带现象而导致“花板”的出现 
3）应保证酶标板清洁，整个操作过程中保证酶标板不接触次氯酸。 
实验洗板产生气泡时处理方法：
A、可以用tip吸走，但实验中费事、效果还不是很理想。
B、采用更好材质的板、或采用专门的96孔板振荡器，需要花费更多的钱。
C、使用注射器针头扎破，费事（同方法1）。
D、我们觉得zui简单，方便的一种就是使用吹风机（理发店吹头发带加热的那种），将吹风机打开，并调节到zui高温度，对96孔板吹1-2秒就可以了。
