DP型低频振动传感器DPS-0.3-8-V/H产品中英文介绍

DP型传感器既保持了原所用频率较高的检波器的机械特性——具有高可靠性和顽健性——适于工程应用的特点,又具有测量低频振动的杰出性能。DP型传感器有如下特点:

The DP sensor can be used for mechanical characteristics of the original high frequency detector, with high reliability and robustness characteristics, suitable for engineering application, but also has outstanding performance measurement of low frequency vibration. Type DP sensor has the following characteristics:

A. 有效地扩展了低频测量范围;

A. effectively extends the range of low frequency measurement;

B.机械结构的f0较高,因此具有高可靠性和耐冲击性,运输中不必锁紧、不怕颠簸;

B. mechanical structure of the F0 is higher, so it has a high reliability and impact resistance, transport does not need to be locked, not afraid of bumps;

C.零位稳定,不需调零;可远距输出;

C. zero stability, no need to adjust the zero; can be far away from the output;

根据需要可以选振动速度输出型或振幅位移输出型,也可选兼有速度和位移两种输出型;系列产品的名义频率(-3dB)从0.05~0.7Hz,可供选择;

根据需要可以选择高灵敏度的以用于微震测量,也可以选择灵敏度较低的以测量低频大振幅的摆动。

According to the need to be able to choose the vibration velocity output type or amplitude displacement output type, also can choose both speed and displacement of the two output type; 

DP型低频振动传感器DPS-0.3-8-V/H系列产品的名义频率(-3dB)从0.05~0.7Hz,可供选择;

The nominal frequency (-3dB) of a series of products is from 0.05~0.7Hz, which is available for selection;

根据需要可以选择高灵敏度的以用于微震测量,也可以选择灵敏度较低的以测量低频大振幅的摆动。

You can choose according to the need of high sensitivity for microseismic measurement, can also choose low sensitivity to measurement of large amplitude and low frequency oscillation.

DP型振动传感器的频率特性的举例示于图(1),其外形示于图(2)。

The frequency characteristics of the DP type vibration sensor are illustrated with examples (1), whose shape is shown in Fig. (2).

•防盗,周边警戒;等等。

DPV 速度型 (Hz) V:测垂直振动 A 或B

DPV velocity type (Hz) V: measuring the vertical vibration of A or B 

DPS(V)具有速度和位移两种输出

DPS (V) has two kinds of output of speed and displacement.

常用系列:

名义固有频率(Hz)0.7 0.5 0.35 0.2 0.10.05;

灵敏度:速度输出型(kv  mV·s/mm):1000800400 10040;

位移振幅输出型(ks  mV /µm):1042 1 0.40.2  0.1 

供电电源:±12V~± 6V, 也可以用单向电源供电(在订货时说明单向电压和零线电压)。 

结构形式:A表示用航空插座; B表示通过接线端子输出。 

例如DPV——0.5——1000——V——A表示速度型DP 名义固有频率0.5Hz , 灵敏度kv=1000 mV·s/mm1V·s/mm),用于测量垂直方向振动,用航空插头引线输出。 

又例如DPS——0.2——4——H——B 表示位移振幅型DP,名义固有频率0.2Hz , 灵敏度ks=4 mV /µm4V /mm, 用于测量水平方向振动,通过接线柱引线输出。

又例如DPSV)——0.2——4(800)——H——A 表示兼有位移和速度两种输出的DP型传感器,

名义固有频率0.2Hz , 灵敏度ks=4V /mm 4 mV /µm),kv=800 mV·s/mm,用于测量水平方向振动,用航空插头引线输出。

注:1)灵敏度可以根据用户的需要而订制。

2)灵敏度和测量的动态范围是互相关连的。例如采用±12V供电电源,线性范围内大输出约为±8V。如果灵敏度ks=4 mV /µm,那末保证的低频段大测量范围将是±2mm.。如果灵敏度ks=0.1 mV /µm (0.1 V/mm),那末保证的低频段大测量范围将是±80mm.。如果采用±6V供电电源,那末大测量范围也将减半。实际大输出电压可以达到供电电源的80%,供电电源也允许提高到±15V。

3)传感器的灵敏度和供电电源的高低选择无关。

Commonly used series:

名义固有频率(Hz):0.7; 0.5; 0.35; 0.2; 0.1;0.05;

灵敏度:速度输出型(kv : mV•s/mm):1000;800;400; 100;40;

位移振幅输出型(ks : mV /µm):10;4;2; 1; 0.4;0.2 ; 0.1;

The amplitude of the displacement output (ks:mV / M): 10; 4; 2; 1; 0.4; 0.2; 0.1;

供电电源:±12V~± 6V, 也可以用单向电源供电(在订货时说明单向电压和零线电压)。

Power supply: + + 6V + 12V~, you can also use a one-way power supply (in order to illustrate the unidirectional voltage and zero line voltage).

结构形式:A表示用航空插座; B表示通过接线端子输出。

Structural form: A is expressed by an air outlet; B is indicated by terminal output.

例如DPV——0.5——1000——V——A表示速度型DP, 名义固有频率0.5Hz , 灵敏度kv=1000 mV•s/mm(1V•s/mm),用于测量垂直方向振动,用航空插头引线输出。

For example DPV - 0.5 - 1000 - A - V speed type DP, the nominal natural frequency 0.5Hz, the sensitivity of mV kv=1000 s/mm (s/mm 1V), used to measure the vertical direction of vibration, with the output of the aviation plug.

又例如DPS——0.2——4——H——B 表示位移振幅型DP,名义固有频率0.2Hz , 灵敏度ks=4 mV /µm(4V /mm), 用于测量水平方向振动,通过接线柱引线输出。

名义固有频率0.2Hz , 灵敏度ks=4V /mm (4 mV /µm),kv=800 mV•s/mm,用于测量水平方向振动,用航空插头引线输出。

The name of the natural frequency of 0.2Hz, the sensitivity of ks=4V /mm (4 mV / M), kv=800 mV s/mm, is used to measure the horizontal vibration, aviation plug wire output.

注:1)灵敏度可以根据用户的需要而订制。

Note: 1) the sensitivity can be customized according to the needs of users.

2) the dynamic range of sensitivity and measurement is related to each other. For example, the use of 12V power supply, the maximum output of the linear range of about + + 8V.
