1．保管时请注意温度不要超过-20℃～+40℃范围
2．保管电池时必须使电池在*充电状态下进行保管。由于在运输途中或保存期内因自放电会损失一部分容量，使用时请补充电。
3．长期保管时，为弥补保管期间的自放电，请进行补充电。在超过40C条件下保管时，对电池寿命有很坏影响，请避免！
4．请在干燥低温，通风良好的地方进行保管。
UPS蓄电池使用安全注意事项
1.电池+-端子间不可短路。（端子间短路可能造成烫伤、发烟、火灾危险。）
2.不可在密闭容器中充电。
3.电池不能放置在密闭空间里或火源附近。
4.转矩扳手、扳子等金属工具，请用塑料胶带等进行绝缘处理后使用.
5.不可对本蓄电池进行分解、改造。
6.如发现电槽、盖等有龟裂、变形等损伤及漏夜现象，请更换此蓄电池。
7.请不要使用信那水、汽油、煤油、挥发油等有机溶剂和液体洗涤剂清洁电池.如果使用上述物质可能会引起电槽或上盖(ABS树脂)出现裂痕、漏液.
8.请定期更换蓄电池，不要超期使用。

2、维修服务: 在产品保修期内，我们提供免费服务；在产品保修期结束之后，我们将一如既往为您提供高品质的服务。保修期外服务包括协议年度保修或保外按次服务。
售后服务承诺
☆ 将服务理念贯穿于供货的全过程。从技术咨询→订货→生产→品检→运输→安装→调试→运行维护检查的全过程。
☆ 售前服务：让客户了解我厂电池的性能、适用范围、适用条件。帮助客户选型，支持客户投标的文件准备，接受用户的考查、咨询。
☆ 售中服务：与客户建成良好的沟通，按合同条款生产品质优异的产品，按合同条款为客户定制包装、运输方式。充分满足客户要求，及时安全的将产品送达用户现场。合同签订第二天起计，现货1-3天；期货10天，短7-10天，特殊情况15天内交货。
☆ 售后服务：我厂设有售后服务部专门负责售后服务工作，由工程师负责为客户排忧解难。用户对我厂产品质量的投诉，在半个工作日之内（4小时）提出处理意见。如情况需要，我厂在除不可抗力的情况外将于24小时之内抵达现场处理。
☆ 我厂对售出产品负责终身维护服务，对用户提供技术支持。
自发运之日起，小型密封电池一年（17AH以下），中型密封电池三年（12V200AH以下），大型密封电池五年内（2V系列）。由于电池本身的质量缺陷而引起的故障，我厂将免费维修，质保期后的维修只收成本费。
☆ 巡检
我厂有数名售后服务人员长年在国内各城市客户间检查。随时可应用户要求到现场检测电池运行情况，解答客户疑问，培训指导用户运维人员工作，解决存在的问题及进行电池的安装和调试。
☆ 工程安装
我厂承诺保证按合同要求，派出售后服务人员到现场协助用户进行安装、调试。建立用户档案，将各安装、调试数据分类妥善保管存档，了解和掌握用户使用状况，发现问题及时调整解决。
☆ 技术支持及培训
我厂免费向用户提供技术讲授，视具体情况，双方可互派员讲授或授培。供方负责对电源维护管理人员进行技术培训，讲解蓄电池使用规则，一般故障处理及阀控电池的电化学理论、原理。编写《使用中大密电池客户培训教材》供培训用。
机架式模块化UPS电源相对于传统立式(塔式)结构UPS而言，能够安装在标准机柜中，节省占地面积与空间，便于安装、使用及维护，能够使用较短的功率连接电缆。通过减少关键设备与负载之间的故障点，模块化UPS可提高整个系统的可用性。
从设计和工作的原理方面来讲的，模块化UPS包括整流器、逆变器,有些还包括静态旁路开关及附属的控制电路、CPU主控板等。模块化大的优点是能够提高系统的可靠性和可用性，任何一个模块出现故障并不会影响其他模块的正常工作，而且可通过热插拔特性缩短系统的安装和修复时间。
除此之外，模块化UPS能够给用户带来更好的可扩展性，这也为用户的投资起到了很好的保护作用。
和集装箱在工厂就开始装货的道理一样，机架式模块化UPS的安装调试也是在工厂就开始的。以标准化的模块为基础的UPS，在产品的设计、生产、制造过程中，可以制定统一的标准，让整套系统中的所有部件都能发挥出佳性能，同时也可避免因兼容问题而出现的系统故障。
