| 一、产品简介 JDS-180型慢冻融试验机是符合GB/T50082-2009《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法标准》、国内*、具有一系列*含量的新一代冻融试验机。 主要特点是节能、环保、职能化程度高，操作简单方便，运行成本低等优点。 二、技术优势： 1、试验过程由电脑自动控制具有参数设定、显示、试验记录数据实时绘制温度时间曲线，存储状态等功能。 2、设备具有运行故障自我诊断和声、光报警功能等9项故障报警功能，所有运行的单元都在工程控制机器的监控之下，如其中一有故障，微机会自动关闭主机，鸣响蜂鸣器，微机屏幕上就会显示故障位置及排除方法。 3、制冷压缩冷凝机和蒸发器、加热器为产品原装配备，性能稳定。其中压缩机采用全封闭式Maneurop压缩机。 4、冻融、制冷机组、一体化,噪音低、环保型、占地小、安装迁移方便，机组底部装有刹车运动滚轮。 5、采用风冷机组，不用冷却塔，噪音小等特点；冷凝器散热面积78平方米；压缩机10HP； 6、采用品牌循环泵。 7、三通道传感器： 传感器1：冻融循环在2-4内完成，融化不小于1/4。 传感器2、3：对角线温度控制，温度极差不超过2℃。 三、技术指标 1、主机尺寸：170×145×95CM 包括一体化冻融箱、电控柜、冷冻机和循环泵重约500KG 2、机组电源：三相四线制 380V 50HZ 3、机组zui大运行功率：＜3KW 4、试件尺寸：100×100×100MM 5、冻融方式：空气制冷 6、试件周围水层厚度 3MM 7、冻融周期 8小时。 8、试件数量 18个。 四、配置清单 水箱1个 控制系统1套 皮套10个 软件1套 说明书1份 |
