如何解决滑触线安装中遇到的问题？

1、电源进线与信号灯的安装。用一根40mmx4mm的镀锌扁钢弯制而成的。弯制的扁钢焊在滑触线上，焊接前应先钻好孔，在孔周围搪好锡以使接线端子与扁钢的接触良好。

2、当滑触线长度超过50m时，为适应温度变化而引起滑触线的伸缩，也应装设补偿装置。

当滑触线的线路较长，电压降超过允许值时，滑触线上应加装辅助铝母排，每隔12m用M10螺栓螺母连接一次，连接处应搪锡。

3、滑触线跨越建筑物伸缩缝时，滑触线应装有膨胀补偿措施。滑触线在伸缩缝的间隙，一般为10-20mm。间隙两侧的滑触线端头应加工圆滑，接触面安装在一水平面上，其两端高差不能大于1mm。在靠近伸缩缝的两侧滑触线应加装支架，从间隙中心线到支架中心线的距离不应超过150mm。
