三螺杆泵概述：
三螺杆泵在上主要应用于石油，化工，冶金，机床，造船等工业部门得到了较为广泛的应用。并在很多领域里代替了离心泵、齿轮泵和往复泵，德国巴赫设计生产的3G型、3GBW型、3Gr型螺杆泵有着寿命长、效率高、能耗小、重量轻等特点。3G、3Gr系列普通三螺杆泵主要用于输送中低粘度的润滑性液体。在工业生产中作为液压泵、润滑泵、轻燃油泵、输送泵。泵有基础件：泵套、泵体、螺杆和附件（底脚、安全阀、轴承体）等组成，通过改变附件达到改变泵的不同安装形式。
3GBW系列保温螺杆泵主要用于在常温下不能输送的高粘度润滑体液体，常作为沥青、重燃油、渣油、原油的输送或喷燃用。热载体可以是蒸汽和热油、热水、冷载体可以是气体或液体。现广泛用于公路建设中沥青的输送。一般zui高工作温度小于等于250度；超出此温度订货时请说明。

螺杆泵依靠螺杆相互啮合的容积变化来输送液体，当螺杆转动时，吸入腔一端的密封腔连续地向派出腔一端作轴向运动，使吸入腔的容积增大，压力降低，液体在压差作用下沿吸入管进入吸入腔，随着螺杆的转动，密封腔内的液体连续而均匀地沿轴向移至排出腔
