华宇净化教你如何选择合适的过滤器

              1.根据室内要求的洁净净化标准，确定末级的空气过滤器的效率，合理地选择空气空气过滤器的组合级数和各级的效率。如室内要求一般净化，可以采用初效过滤器；如室内要求中等净化，就应采用初效和中效两级过滤器；如室内要求超净净化，就应采用初效、中效和三级净化过滤，并应合理妥善地匹配各级过滤器的效率，若相邻两级空气过滤器的效率相差太大，则前一级过滤器就起不到对后一级过滤器的保护作用。

             2.正确测定室外空气的含尘量和尘粒特征。因为过滤器是将室外空气过滤净化后送入室内，所以室外空气的含尘量是一个很重要的数据。特别是在多级净化过滤处理，选择预空气过滤器时要将使用环境、备件费用、运行能耗、维护与供货等因素综合考虑后决定。

            3.正确确定过滤器特征。过滤器的特征主要是过滤效率、阻力、穿透率、容尘量、过滤风速及处理风量等。在条件容许的情况下，应尽可能选用、低阻、容尘量大、过滤风速适中、处理风量大、制造安装方便、价格低的空气过滤器。这是在空气空气过滤器选择时综合考虑一次性投资和二次性投资及能效比的经济性分析需要。

            4.分析含尘气体的性质。与选用空气过滤器有关的含尘气体的性质主要是，温度、湿度、含酸碱及有机溶剂的数量。因为有的过滤器允许在高温下使用，而有的过滤器只能在常温、常湿度下工作，过滤器并且含尘气体的含酸碱及有机溶剂数量对空气过滤器的性能效率都有影响.

In the case of allowable conditions, high efficient air filter with high efficiency, low resistance, high dust tolerance, moderate filtration wind speed, large air volume, convenient installation and low price are required. This is to consider the economic analysis needs of one-time investment and secondary investment and energy efficiency in the selection of air efficient air filter.

4.Analyze the nature of dust gas.The properties of dust gases associated with the selection of air efficient filters are mainly the quantities of temperature, humidity, acid-base and organic solvents.
