【流感嗜血杆菌相关知识】
流感嗜血杆菌分类为两类,即荚膜菌株及没有荚膜的菌株。虽然已知荚膜类的乙型流感嗜血杆菌(或是b型流感嗜血杆菌,简称HiB)是毒性的主因之一,但感染流感嗜血杆菌的病因却仍未*清楚。它们的荚膜能帮助它们抵抗在没有免疫的寄主体内的吞噬作用及不触发补体介导的裂解。没有荚膜的菌株则较少侵略性,但它们能诱发炎症而产生其他病症,如会厌炎。

虫体逐渐生长 ,中间细胞溶解形成空腔并充满液体,约经10周发育为成熟尾蚴 猪体内的尾蚴以肌肉zui多,其中以股内侧肌为zui多成熟尾蚴呈椭 圆形,约20mm×11mm.,乳白色半透明。人误食入生的或半生的 带尾蚴的病猪肉后在胃内尾蚴壁被消化,在十二指肠内尾蚴头节 外翻,固着于小肠壁发育为成虫,约2~3个月后粪便中即可发现 虫卵(图1)。成虫在人体内大约可存活25年左右。人有时也可因食 入被虫卵污染的食物或在驱虫时节片反流到咽部而被吞下造成摄 入虫卵。虫卵在人体内亦可发育为尾蚴而罹患猪尾蚴病,当尾蚴 寄生在人重要脏器如脑、眼等处则可危及生命或造成严重损害。 发病机制猪带绦虫成虫致病情况与牛带绦虫相似,但由于猪带绦 虫头节具有小钩对肠黏膜损伤较重,甚至可穿透肠壁引起腹膜炎 。成虫也可移行到肠外造成异位寄生。但人体如患猪虫病则常有 显著病理改变与免疫反应。

Pathogenesis The pathogenicity of the tapeworm adult is similar to that of the tapeworm, but due to the small hook on the head section of the tapeworm, the damage to the intestinal mucosa is heavier and it can even penetrate the intestinal wall to cause peritonitis. Adults can also migrate to the intestine causing ectopic parasitism. However, humans with porcine porcine disease often have significant pathological changes and immune reactions.
