因为猪带绦虫病可并发危险的虫 病故应与牛带绦虫病认真鉴别。两者节片鉴别要点为:①头节: 猪带绦虫较小,圆球形,有顶突及小钩;牛带绦虫较大,近四方 形无顶突及小钩;②成熟节片:猪带绦虫卵巢分三叶;牛带绦虫 分两叶;③妊娠节片:猪带绦虫子宫分支每侧有7~13个呈树枝状 ;牛带绦虫子宫分支每侧有15~30个成对分支状。鉴别诊断因为 猪带绦虫病可并发危险的虫病,故应与牛带绦虫病认真鉴别。猪 带绦虫病 - 检查 与牛带绦虫病相同血象中有时可见嗜酸性粒细 胞轻度增高。粪便或肛门拭子检查虫卵阳性率不高且无法区别虫 种。从粪便中排出的妊娠节片内的子宫分支形状和数目有助于与 牛带绦虫鉴别。酶联免疫吸附试验可检出患者粪中抗原成分;聚 合酶链反应(PCR)可扩增粪便中虫卵或虫体的种特异性DNA,以检 测人体内猪带绦虫成虫,亦可帮助诊断。由卡氏肺孢子虫引起的 寄生虫病。又称卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎。多发生于免疫力低的婴儿或 病人如肾患者等。Because swine tsutsugamushi disease can be associated with dangerous worm disease, it should be carefully identified with Taenia tsutsugamushi disease.
