【检验方法】

在进行检测前必须先完整阅读使用说明书，使用前将本品和尿样恢复至室温（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕开铝箔袋，取出试剂盒，应在1小时内尽快使用。
• 将试剂盒置于干净平坦的台面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴无空气泡的尿样（约100µL）于加样孔（S）中。
• 等待紫红色条带的出现，3～5分钟时直接观察结果，10分钟后判定无效。

由腹前正中线两侧的腹直肌和其外侧的三层扁肌组成腹直肌位于白线两侧，其前、后面均被腹直肌鞘所包裹，腹直肌有3～4个腱划与腹直肌鞘的前层密切愈着，剥离困难。腱划内常有血管，经腹直肌切口分开膀亘肌纤维时，腱划处应注意止血。腹直肌鞘分为前、后两层，两层纤维在腹直肌外缘融合处，形成一半月型凸向外侧的弧形，称半月线。腹直肌鞘前层由腹外斜肌腱膜和腹内斜肌腱膜的前层组成，后层由腹内斜肌腱膜的 后层及腹横肌腹膜组成。但在脐下4～5cm以下三层扁肌的腱膜均参与构成腹直肌鞘前层，鞘后层缺如，形成一弓状游离缘，称弓状线。线以下部分，腹直肌的后面， 由浅入深仅有增厚的腹横筋膜、腹膜外筋膜和壁腹膜。白线位于腹前正中线上，由两侧的腹直肌鞘纤维彼此交织而成。脐以上的白线宽约1cm，脐以下因两侧腹直肌相互靠近而变得很窄。
The rectus abdominis muscles are composed of rectus abdominis muscles on the two sides of the midline of the abdomen and three lateral layers of the lateral rectus muscles. The rectus abdominis muscles are located on both sides of the white line. The anterior and posterior muscles are surrounded by the rectus sheath, and there are 3 to 4 rectus abdominis muscles. The planus is closely related to the anterior layer of the rectus sheath, and it is difficult to peel off. Blood vessels are often seen within the fistula. When the bladder muscle fibers are separated through the incision of the rectus abdominis, the hemostasis should be noted at the planning site. The rectus sheath is divided into two layers, anterior and posterior, and two layers of fibers are located at the outer edge of the rectus abdominis, forming a half-moon arc convex toward the outside, called the half-moon line. The anterior rectus muscle sheath is composed of the anterior layer of the external oblique muscle aponeurosis and the internal oblique muscle aponeurosis, and the posterior layer is composed of the posterior layer of the abdominal oblique muscle aponeurosis and the abdominal peritoneum. But in the umbilical below 4 ~ 5cm three layers of flat aponeurosis are involved in the formation of the rectus sheath before the sheath, lack of posterior layer, the formation of a bowed free edge, called the arcuate line. In the lower part of the line, behind the rectus abdominis muscle, there is a thickened transversalis fascia, extraperitoneal fascia, and parietal peritoneum from shallow to deep. The white line is located on the anterior midline of the abdomen and is formed by the interweaving of the rectus sheath fibers on both sides. The white line above the umbilicus is about 1 cm wide, and the umbilical becomes very narrow due to the rectus rectus muscles on both sides approaching each other.
