REXROTH泵选型原则
1.REXROTH泵使所选泵的型式和性能符合装置流量、扬程、压力、温度、汽蚀流量吸程等工艺参数的要求。
2.REXROTH泵必须满足介质特性的要求。
对输送易燃、易爆有毒或贵重介质的泵,要求轴封可靠或采用无泄漏泵,如磁力驱动泵、隔膜泵、屏蔽泵
对输送腐蚀性介质的泵,要求对流部件采用耐腐蚀性材料。
对输送含固体颗粒介质的泵,要求对流部件采用耐磨材料,必要时轴封用采用清洁液体冲洗。
3.REXROTH泵机械方面可靠性高、噪声低、振动小。
4.REXROTH泵经济上要综合考虑到设备费、运转费、维修费和管理费的总成本zui低。
5.REXROTH泵具有转速高、体积小、重量轻、效率高、流量大、结构简单、输液无脉动、性能平稳、容易操作和维修方便等特点。
REXROTH泵A10V0系列全型号现货
REXROTH泵壳内,并紧固在泵轴上,泵轴由电机直接带动。泵壳中央有液体吸管。液体经底阀和吸入管进入泵内。泵壳上的液体排出口与排出管连接。
在泵启动前,泵壳内灌满被输送的液体;启动后,叶轮由轴带动高速转动,叶片间的液体也必须随着转动。在离心力的作用下,液体从叶轮中心被抛向外缘并获得能量,以高速离开叶轮外缘进入蜗形泵壳。在蜗壳中,液体由于流道的逐渐扩大而减速,又将部分动能转变为静压能,zui后以较高的压力流入排出管道,送至需要场所。液体由叶轮中心流向外缘时,在叶轮中心形成了一定的真空,REXROTH泵由于贮槽液面上方的压力大于泵入口处的压力,液体便被连续压入叶轮中。可见,只要叶轮不断地转动,液体便会不断地被吸入和排出。
直线泵工作原理不同与其它任何泵,REXROTH泵是采用磁悬浮原理和螺旋环流体力学结构实现流质推进,REXROTH泵即取消轴,取消轴连接,取消轴密封结构。启动后电流转化为磁场,磁场力驱动螺旋环运转,即螺旋环提升流质前进。
