Stretching culture system of manual type
Conduct stretching/compression manually. Please use this system for evaluation purpose of automatic stretching systems(e.g. STB-140) before installation.
Users can share the chambers with STB-140.
Two models available in accordance with chamber sizes.

Standard system with high versatility
The system has functionality to load stretching stimulation on cells while culturing them in CO² incubator.
● Functionality to stimulate multiple chambers simultaneously makes it easy to compare between samples.
● Install the main unit within CO² incubator, the controller outside.
● Stretch chamber mounting unit is removable, so users put it into clean bench and conduct aseptic work.
Preprogrammed one-chip microcomputer is embedded in the controller. While operation, users choose the stretching ratio and stretching frequency with DIP switch on the controller, and make the main unit to generate the desired stretching pattern.
The controller also has the functionality to control the water flow for refrigeration of the motor in the main unit.

Installable on microscope stage
Enables to observe morphological changes and ionic behavior in real time, under stretching stimulation.
Install the main unit of the stretching system on microscope stages to load automatic stretching stimulation with the controller.

Conducts full automatic replenishment and replacement of culture fluid while long-term Stretching Culture in CO² incubator
The system enables long-term culture under stretching stimulation. Newly-developed multi-channel bulb unit enables replenishment and draining culture fluid for all stretch chambers to keep liquid surface of culture fluid in those chambers.
Tubes and cables can be centrally let out from rubber plug for utility on the back of incubator so that the controllability on the front of incubator will not be compromised.
